MARESIAS !!!! WONDERFUL BEACH!!!

House with living room in 2 environments, dining with table for 10 people and social room with tv, kitchen with stove, refrigerator and microwave a balcony with 4 benches that separates the environments. On the same floor a suite with king size bed and ceiling fan, upstairs 2 bedrooms one with a bunk bed and a single bed, another with a double bed and a single and ceiling fan in both, in the hallway a bathroom complete serving the dormitories. Closet in every room, super airy house with balcony in all rooms and fans; outdoor suite facing pool with pullout bed and ceiling fan; Mountain views, nice pool and barbecue. Sleeps 10 people very well. All rooms have balcony doors that open to your terrace.

Casa limpa, com tudo a disposição, melhor do que no anúncio. Sr Osório que nos recebeu muito educado e disponível. Proprietária Miriam com excelente atendimento. Amamos passar os dias e toda a família ficou confortável.

A casa é otima, igual às fotos mesmo. muito aconcjhegante. Umas 3 quadras da praia, dá para ir a pé Tanto o caseiro como a própria proprietária sempre dispostos a atender qualquer duvida e qualquer problema que apareça. SUPER RECOMENDO!

Morcegos e gatos na casa

Teto dos quartos c e varanda com teia de aranha, forros dos quartos com morcegos que ficaram fazendo barulhos e rastejando a madrugada toda, gatos que vinham a noite no quintal da casa, assim fomos orientados a não deixar nada no quintal e nenhuma porta é janelas abertas.

Ambiente Tranquilo e aconchegante.

Uma das melhores experiências em maresias, a casa é extremamente linda, aconchegante e tranquila. Próximo a praia, padarias e mercados. O senhor Osório que nos recepcionou na casa é super simpático, a senhora Miriam foi super atenciosa pelo whatsapp nos dando dicas sobre o local. A casa tem todos os utensílios necessários para o dia a dia, fora a vista que tem para as montanhas do local que é incrível. Recomendo sem dúvidas!!!!

Casa bem localizada, limpa e cm espaço amplo

A casa é super bem localizada, próxima a praia e em uma vizinhança bem tranquila. Internamente tem espaço amplo, quartos bem distribuídos e um bom espaço na piscina e churrasqueira. Seu Osório que nós recepcionou merece também seu espaço aqui pela humildade, simplicidade e prontidão para nos receber. Tudo muito bom!

Achei a casa muito espaçosa, a disposição dos comodos muito boa e ótima localização, porem quando chegamos vieram as surpresas. Casa exatremamente suja, com muitas teias de aranha, bolores, colchões com muito pó, camas em péssimo estado. Geladeira não funcionava e vazava agua na cozinha inteira, freezer inutilzavél pela presença de sujeira e ferrugem, churrasqueira imunda e cheia de coisas por cima (tipo um armário), ar condicionado quebrado, luzes da casa queimadas, utensilios de cozinha muito velhos e não tinha no total para todas as pessoas da casa. A proprietária foi muito grosseira com pessoas do grupo da casa pelo fato de apenas estarmos perguntando algumas coisas sobre a casa ( o que é nosso de direito). A casa tinha tudo para ser ótima, mas foi decepcionante. Não recomendo.
