**Discounted Rates start on Friday or Sunday check-in ONLY for 7 nights minimum and is dependent on specific owner reservations made within a 12- or 13-month window. Owner rentals are subject to specific reservation dates owner has reserved and may not be split.**
**Effective 2025: Nightly resort fees will be charged by Four Seasons.**
