This modern holiday home is situated on a hill, in the town of Veliko Brdo, near the town of Makarska. It consists of two units, which are connected by external stairs. One is located on the ground floor and the second covers the first and second floor. There are four bedrooms in the house, all with double beds, two of which have a single bed (sofa) for a child. The house has a swimming pool and balconies with panoramic views.

On the ground floor you will find a double bedroom, a bathroom, as well as a small kitchen with dining area. On the 1st floor you will find a large fully equipped kitchen, a dining and living area with sofa bed, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The balcony offers a nice view of the sea. Two additional bedrooms and a bathroom are located on the 2nd floor of the house. Each bedroom is with double bed and sofa bed for one person and they open into a balcony with stunning views to the sea. Directly in front of the house there is a spacious furnished terrace and in front of it the highlight of the estate, of approximately 30 m² large swimming pool. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers. Satellite TV, grill, 4 air conditioning, wireless Internet access, dishwasher and washing are further features. The nearest restaurant is only 300 meters from the property. The nearest supermarket can be reached within a few minutes car ride. The beautiful pebble beaches of Makarska are located about 2 km away. Private parking and garage are at your disposal.

Surrounded by a pine and olive trees and Biokovo mountain in the background you will capture the summer sunsets and relax from the crowds. The center of Makarska and small and less crowded sandy beaches are 2 km from the property, very popular for families with small children.

Because Makarska is the center of the bustling and popular, about 60 km long Riviera, extending from Brela in the west to Gradac in the east.
