Perfekt für unseren Zweck
Die Wohnung ist wirklich liebevoll gestaltet und unglaublich sauber! Für alle, die lieber etwas außerhalb wohnen, perfekt geeignet! Zum Olympiastadion waren es nur ein paar Kilometer. Die Vermieterin ist sehr zuvorkommend und wirklich lieb, wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

Tolle Ferienwohnung in einem tollen Haus.
Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einem neuen Haus am Rande von Berlin. Wenn man einen Berlinurlaub machen möchte aber nicht Mitten in der Stadt wohnen möchte ist dies die optimale Wohnung. Mit etwas Zeit ist mit Bus und Bahn alles erreichbar. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Im Flur des Hauses gibt es viele Bücher für Erwachsene/ Jugendliche und Spiele, Bücher und Puzzle für Kinder, die unsere jüngste Tochter mit Freude bespielt hat. Auf jeden Fall würde ich die Wohnung weiterempfehlen!

This apartment is great and very clean. It is very quiet and though we didn't stay very long we could see how this place would be great for a longer trip. There are really good places to eat in the neighborhood and Claudia has plenty of recommendations. She was also very responsive and helpful.

Schöne, neue Unterkunft
Die Unterkunft ist ein einem kleinen Wohngebiet am äußersten Rand von Berlin gelegen. Es gibt massenhaft Parkplätze im Umkreis und einen am Haus. Das Haus ist ziemlich neu und damit auch die Ausstattung. Alles neu und sauber und schick. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht. Einzig die Laage ist etwas speziell. Wenn man sich ein wenig auskennt und vorhat auch Potsdam zu besuchen, dann ist das ideal. Für die Erkundung von Berlin muss man immer mind. 1h Fahrzeit einplanen. Mit Auto kein Problem, mit Bus und Bahn geht das auch gut. Der Bus fährt ein paart Meter über die Strasse aller 15 Minuten. Man sollte zum Bhf Spandau fahren und da mit der S oder U weiter. Oder man fährt direkt ins Zentrum. Wenn das Fenster offen steht, ist der Lärm der Heerstrasse etwas belastend und die Flugzeuge von Tegel. Aber die Fenster haben eine Belüftung wie mir schien. Kann man zu machen und dann ist wirklich Ruhe. Der Ablauf ist vorbildlich, man bekommt eine PIN per SMS und kann zu jeder Zeit die Unterkunft betreten und verlassen. Es gibt Getränke und Kaffee gegen eine Kasse des Vertrauens, was auch hilfreich ist. Ein Netto ist in der Nähe. McDonalds auch, wenn man das mag. Zusammenfassend eine gute Unterkunft wo es nichts auszusetzen gibt.

Great place worth every single €
We had 3 extraordinary days in Berlin. Lots of work and so little time for having fun. That's why we needed place to stay with conformity and good connection with our place of business as well as with things to see. The apartment was everything we were looking for. Quite neighborhood, close to MacDonald, DM, Lidl, Pizza Restoran. Owners warmly welcomed us and was there for anything we needed. Very clean, well organized apartment with enough rooms that everyone has he's own privacy. Surely, will be their guests again. We can recommend it for short or long visit too. And for hospitality, cleanliness, connection with important points in the city we can only say that this apartment deserves 5 stars rating!

Wohlfühlpaket!
Die Ferienwohnung sieht aus wie auf den Fotos und ist sehr gepflegt. Es ist bestens für Ortsunkundige gesorgt, es liegen Prospekte und Pläne für den Örtlichen Nahverkehr, Gastronomie und Freizeitangebote aus. Gute Anbindung nach Berlin mit dem Bus! Die Vermieterin Frau Nitzsche ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Bei unserem nächsten Berlinaufenthalt wissen wir wo wir wohnen wollen.

Urlaub machen wie bei uns zu Hause
Wenn wir könnten würden wir hier 10 Sterne vergeben!! Diese Wohnanlage am Stadtrand von Berlin ist ein Traum, absolut neu und im Top Zustand. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und mit sehr viel Freude für die Gäste vorbereitet. Hier mangelt es an nichts, selbst ein kleine Auswahl an Wein und Alkoholfreie Getränke stehen zum Selbstkostenpreis bereit. Einfach toll. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist perfekt, gegenüber hält ein Bus der bis zur S-Bahn Station Zoologischer Garten durchfährt von da kann man alles erreichen. Die Vermieterin ist Super Nett, hält Fahrkarten für Bus und Bahn bereit, einfach Klasse. Eine kleine Begrüßungsmappe liegt in den Wohnungen bereit, hier wird nochmal auf alles hingewiesen, sogar eine Fernsehkanalliste. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe, gegenüber sogar McDonnalds. Ich Hoffe das dieses Haus sehr lange in diesem Zustand so bleibt, wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen....Gruß Carsten , Conny und Sarah

Wohlfühlen, Erleben, Entspannen
Vorab, die Wohnung ist einfach toll. Es hat an nichts gemangelt. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut zu erreichen, Autobahn, B5 und schon da. Auf Empfehlung unserer Vermieterin haben wir die Berlin-Card genutzt. So haben wir bequem mit der Bahn die Hauptstadt erkundet. Unsere australischen Freunde waren total begeistert und nehmen viele Eindrücke mit nach Hause. Dankeschön an unsere Vermieterin für die hervorragende Betreuung. Wir können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Top-Ferienwohnung
Zum ersten Male wollten wir Sauerländer nach Berlin und hatten Glück was das Suchen einer Ferienwohnung angeht. Diese Ferienwohnung hätte nicht besser sein können. Die Ausstattung die Sauberkeit, alles vom Feinsten. Die Lage hätte auch nicht besser sein können. Das Auto haben wir vor dem Haus stehen lassen können und sind zur nah liegenden Bushaltestelle spaziert. Wenn wir noch einmal nach Berlin fahren sollten, werden wir versuchen, diese Wohnung oder die darunter liegende Wohnung wieder zu bekommen. Wir können sie nur weiter empfehlen.

It was perfect, I want to return
It is a fantastic apartment. It is very nice, modern, bright, cosy, clean and equipped perfectly, beautifully decorated. It met all my expectations. Although the apartment is on the edge of Berlin, but the public transport is very good, and Potsdam is not far from it. Our hosts were very kind, helpful. I can offer you, and I must return there. Don't look for another appartment. It is the best! I've spent there 3 nights with my wife, accompanied by two kids.

Sehr gute Unterkunft
Diese Wohnung können wir bestens weiterempfehlen. Alles ist nagelneu und in Tip-Top Zustand. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Hilfsbereitschaft der Vermieterin ist ausgezeichnet. Bester Bahnhof in der Nähe, ist aus unserer Sicht Bhf Spandau in ca. 4km, da er mehr Flexibilität bietet. Wir haben immer am Brunsbütteler Damm ca. auf Höhe Grünhofer Weg kostenlos geparkt. Von dort sind es ca. 350m zu gehen. Also easy... Gerne wieder einmal... Harald + Familie
