Wer keine Erwartungen hat ist in dieser Wohnung gut aufgehoben. Fotos entsprechen der Realität ;-)

Das Objekt ist wie im Inserat zu sehen. Wer keine Ansprüche hat ist in diesem Objekt richtig. Küche war gut ausgestattet, allerdings ist der Rest der Wohnung sehr abgewohnt und in die Jahre gekommen. Die Wohnung sollte der Zeit angepasst werden. Ebenso die Matratzen sollten überarbeitet werden. Wir hatten die Wohnung nur gemietet weil nichts mehr anderes frei war und wir uns mit Freunden getroffen haben. Wir würden die Wohnung nicht weiterempfehlen.

Belvedere 38

Schlafzimmer zu eng keine Kleiderbügel Aufhängung möglich Bett nur einseitig zugänglich, Küchenschränke mit zu viel Geschirr kpl voll gestellt , Balkon kein Sonnenschutz vorhanden (vorhandene Schirme unbrauchbar), würden wir so nicht wieder buchen!

Einmal und nie wieder ins Belvedere.

Wohnung soweit okay nur das Schlafzimmer war eine grosse Katastrophe.
