Schön, ruhig, sauber, kinderfreundlich

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gemütlich. Sie ist ruhig gelegen und ist sauber. Die Kinder hatten auch eine schöne Zeit.

Die Lage ist gut.

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben . Die Decken auf dem Sofa alledings voller Haare. Leider war das Haus sehr, sehr hellhörig. Das Reiningunsteam, für die Nachbarwohnung, war während der Mittagsstunde nicht zu überhöhren! Der Eingang und das Treppenhaus sehr ungepflegt. Gestern morgen lagen sogar benutze und unbenutze Condome im Flur. Der Müll war nicht wirklich zu entsorgen, weil die Tonne überquollen. Im Treppenhaus stand mehere Tage Wäschsäcke. Schade!

Für einen Kurzurlaub zu empfehlen!

Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft inkl. der Nebenkosten für das Appartement von den Kosten her zu hoch. Nebenkosten für vier Tage waren 232€! Samstag muss man die Schlüssel bis 16.00 Uhr abgeholt haben. Für einen Anreisetag schon sehr knapp. Ausstattung der Wohnung ist auch nicht hochwertig. Eher so Discounter-Ausstattung vom Aldi und Ikea. Für einen 14-tägigen Urlaub nicht zu empfehlen, da die Unterkunft und das Leben in Warnemünde einfach zu teuer ist.

Es war schön.

Insgesamt war alles in Ordnung. Zwei Lattenroste waren am Kinderbett kaputt und abends hätte man noch eine Lampe am Fernseher statt dem Oberlicht gebrauchen können. Die Wohnung war sehr groß und hell,, das Bad hell, die Dusche groß. Wir sind zufrieden.

Sehr schöne Wohnung zentral gelegen

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral zur Promenade, Meer, altem Strom und Marktplatz gelegen und schön und praktisch eingerichtet. Vor allem das Bett im Schlafzimmer war sehr bequem. Wir haben uns hier zu viert sehr wohl gefühlt.

Super Urlaub

Die "Seeseite" ist eine gut ausgestattete, sehr gepflegte und gut gelegene Ferienwohnung. Mit 60qm für zwei Erwachsene mit bis maximal zwei Kindern und einen Kleinkind wirklich ausreichend groß. Die Lage ist ruhig aber zentral - nur wenige Schritte zum Strand, zum Alten Strom, den Bahnhof oder zum zentralen Kirchplatz. Einzig die Parkplatzprobleme in Warnemünde stressen - aber das ist ein allgemeines Problem und war für uns, in der Vorsaison, sehr gut handelbar. Warnemünde und Seeseite? Jederzeit sehr gerne wieder!
