Remodeled, Home Away From Home with A/C, Close to Downtown, Skiing and ~NAU~

Our 4 bedroom, 3 bath home has been recently renovated throughout. The master bedroom is very spacious with a sitting area and large bathroom. 3 of the four bedrooms have flat screen TVs. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a large dining area that seat 8 comfortably. There is a bonus sitting room with a desk and printer for your use, as well as a large mudroom to hang skis and keep winter wear. The backyard has 2 great seating areas and a BBQ. The Urban Trail, which extends for over 50 miles through and around Flagstaff is located 2 houses down and is great for walking, running or biking. Thorpe Park is just 2 blocks away and has tennis, handball, basketball, baseball fields and a dog park. Many music venues are hosted here. The heart of downtown Flagstaff is less than a mile away. The backyard is spacious and private with gas BBQ and lots of seating. We are located in a perfect spot to explore the Grand Canyon or Sedona, ski Snowbowl, visit NAU, or enjoy the unique town and great dining in Flagstaff.

Outstanding stay in Flagstaff

Wonderful house and wonderful host! Flagstaff is a great town and easy access to the Grand Canyon and the rest of Northern Arizona. Highly recommended.

Perfect Place

2 day ski trip to Snow bowl. Nancy's place was absolutely perfect for me, my son and two of our friends. Very clean home that had everything we needed. Great location as well. Will certainly stay again next season.

BEST VRBO EVER!

I have never had a more homey, well laid out, well stocked VRBO! The owner thought of everything...from a variety of spices in the kitchen to a crock pot to bikes in mud room and black wash cloths for make up removal. The back yard is fully fenced and dog friendly. Having a 3rd bathroom was very helpful. Location was great...close to restaurants and shopping. Owner very responsive when I had questions. Would give her a 10 if I could!

Charming house

We just left Flagstaff today and had a great time at Nancy's charming, remodeled house. It was perfect for us and the location was idle. The house was clean and just as described. Nancy was very communicative and answered any questions I asked of her. There were four of us so we each had a room and only 2 had to share a bathroom. The house was stocked with plenty of dishes and cookware for us. I would recommend this place to anyone going to Flagstaff!

Excellent home

House feels bigger than the pictures can show. Open concept with lots of room to hang out.Very cozy living room, high quality furniture to snuggle up on and watch a movie by the fire.Sitting room with big bay window just off the back of the kitchen was a beautiful spot to start the day. Storage area for skis and bikes just a few steps from where you park your car.I could go on and on. House was in excellent condition and spotlessly clean and well provided.Excellent communication from host.Very highly recommended.

Better than I anticipated!

Nancy was super communicative and helpful when we were looking at different options for snow access for our kids. It was such a nice touch to have a personalized card and bottle of wine (which was great) as a welcome. The space was a lot bigger than I thought also. The only downside (if any) was that the walls and doors were super thin... so if you bring babies or young kids I'd recommend bringing a sound machine. We will definitely return!

Great family stay!

We stayed at this beautiful coconino Estates home for two nights with two teenagers and four adults.We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and a basket of goodies! Thank you, Nancy!This home is very well managed and tastefully decorated. There is plenty of space for everyone to relax on their own or get together as a group.Each bedroom has plenty of personal space and super comfy beds and bedding.There is a large dining room table for family style meals and a kitchen with everything you could possibly need. The large outdoor patio was beautiful and had multiple seating areas. If it had been a little warmer, we would have made use of that area as well. We would love to return if we we return to Flagstaff!

Fantastic home in Flagstaff

We were first timers to Flagstaff and loved Nancy's home! She was extremely accommodating and made sure we were well taken care of. It's a 20 min walk to downtown in a quiet neighborhood area. Absolutely recommend staying here!

Fabulous in every way!

The home was spotless, equipped with plenty of kitchen ware, spacious rooms and very comfortable areas to spend family time. The house is also very convenient to hiking trails, the snow bowl, restaurants and other points of interest. The owners were gracious hots and provided plenty of info to make our stay wonderful.

Great time in Flagstaff

The house was perfect for the 6 of us who stayed there. Allowed us to have a place to move around cook and enjoy the outdoors for 7 days vs being cramped in a hotel.

Absolutely lovely!

This was the perfect place to meet our needs. Very cozy home that was even decorated for Christmas! Also well equipped for any and everything one could want to do in the area. Great location in Flagstaff with a view of the San Francisco Peaks! The owner is also a delight!

Perfect for a Christmas stay

The house is amazing! Big enough for our family, the snacks were the added touch to our stay. They had it decorated in Christmas decorations, it’s was cozy and spacious. The host was a text away and in communication before, during and at check out. The location is perfect and right next to the downtown area. Would stay again!

Thanksgiving In Flagstaff! This was a very special Thanksgiving for us to be able to bring several of our kids together for Thanksgiving. The home we found in Flagstaff was perfect for us. Very comfortable and close to everything we wanted to do. The home was just perfect for us. Everything we wanted for our Thanksgiving vacation. The owners have done a great job with this home in every way we all enjoyed the comfort of this home. My Wife and I would definitely come back to this property again in our next trip to Flagstaff. This home is spacious and comfortable, beautifully landscaped, furnished and decorated, and generously stocked with everything you may need. Our host, Nancy, was very responsive to questions before and during our stay and had left us a very kind and thoughtful welcoming card and gift. The location was perfect for our stay to attend a family member's graduation and subsequent celebratory events. I would give 10 stars if I could! Our family of 6 lives in Phoenix and just recently purchased and renovated this home in Flagstaff. We love the Flagstaff area, offering skiing in the winter, and a respite from the hot summers in Phoenix. We are big outdoors people and enjoy all of the hiking and biking opportunities the area offers. We hope to some day retire here, but until then, we want to share it with others.

Why they chose this property

We chose this property because it is in a great neighborhood, within a 10 minute walk to downtown and easy access to the Urban Trail. It's also right off of Hwy 180 which makes it a great location for getting to Snow Bowl and the Grand Canyon. We have a son attending NAU and it's a vey easy ride for him to visit us.
