This unit is absolutely stunning! The unit has just had a number of great updates! New updates in October 2024: New tile floors in the bedrooms, new bedroom furniture in both bedrooms, smart tvs now in all bedrooms, new 50” smart tv in the living room, new mattress in the second bedroom, password-protected WiFi, and a variety of other small touches throughout. We also recently updated the SS appliances in the kitchen, and added a Blu-ray DVD player in the second bedroom (so the kids can go watch a movie in bed while the adults enjoy the beautiful balcony!) The space has been professionally decorated and is equipped with so many extras you will quickly see why this unit that sleeps 8 is so impressive. This 8th floor condo has 1330 square feet of living space with 9 foot ceilings and keyless entry. The wet bar with ice machine, a half bath, and a laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer add additional convenience. Access the spacious balcony from the living room and master bedroom and enjoy the soothing crash of the waves from the plush chaise lounges, a perfect spot to relax and watch the sun go down. You will be able to take advantage of the indoor heated pool, outdoor pool, hot tub, exercise room, sauna, steam room, and gazebos equipped with grills and picnic tables just steps away from the ocean. Just what we needed

Prime property!

The condo was tastefully furnished and comfortable. The kitchen appliances were new, or otherwise in working order, and utensils had been thoughtfully chosen, making it easy to prepare meals. The property manager was extremely responsive and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed! This unit is now my number one choice for my annual trip to Orange Beach. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

relax and recharge weekend

found a perfect spot to relax and recharge with easy beach access and incredible balcony view of the gulf. Spacious condo for 4 adults with all amenities. Condo conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. Would def stay again.

My kids had a blast. Manager and staff were very responsive and helpful. The furniture could use some updating but the condo was spacious, clean, and beds comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and had a great trip.

It’s the View!

This unit is good size. My wife and I had plenty of space. We spent many hours on the spacious balcony with a beautiful view of the Gulf. Saw many dolphins right from the balcony. Kitchen was adequately equipped. Plenty of linens. More good than bad with this unit.

The best vacation we’ve ever had.

Pictures and reviews do not do this place justice. It was twice the size of what I was expecting which was perfect for our family of 5, the views were unmatched, and Orange beach is my new favorite place to visit. Not much to do in town, but that’s just what we needed was some down time. We’ve already starting planning to come back to the same place next year. 10/10 recommend.

Picture perfect..

Im 73 my daughter is 53. This is a yearly trip to Orange Beach Alabama. This unit is like the 6th unit we have stayed at Regency isle because are favorite thing is the oversized balcony! Great location and plenty of places to eat. If you haven't eaten at Lulu's or the Sunliner Diner your missing out! Looking forward to next trip!!

Great location

We love coming to Regency Isle. It’s never crowded and there’s always empty chairs at the pool! This condo was very nice and the property manager was great and responded to us very promptly when we had a little issue with a smell in the condo when we first arrived. We would have preferred queen beds in the second bedroom instead of full but other than that the condo was well stocked with everything we needed.

My new Happy Place

Everything was great. Property is beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable beds, comfortable furniture (especially the 2 lounge chairs on the balcony!!) well stocked, nice & open kitchen, big pantry, awesome little bar with an ice maker!!! It made making Malibu & Pineapple slushes for the beach a breeze.......speaking of breeze........in the lounge chair on the balcony feeling the breeze & listening to the waves crash is my new Happy Place!!! Owner always responded promptly & was easy to work with. Can’t wait to go back!!

Phenomenal Condo, gorgeous view

We loved everything about our stay at this condo in Regency Isle. 2 Large comfortable bedrooms, both with their own bathroom (master has shower and separate jetted tub, 2nd room has tub/shower combo). Extra large Kitchen area and living room. Amazing sight lines from the enormous balcony, panoramic view of the Gulf, including unobstructed view of sunrise and sunset. Our stay was perfect from the check in process to the fully equipped kitchen, to the large ice maker/bar area, to the sound of the waves rolling up to the beach that was quite audible while on the balcony, we loved everything about this condo. Regency Isle also offers an indoor pool and outdoor pool, both have hot tubs and all were well maintained by the resort. The beach was huge and clean, shell hunting was a blast. 5 stars, 10 out of 10, Highly Recommend that if you're going to Orange Beach and are reading this review, look no further, this is the place where you'll want to stay.

Amazing Condo

Fantastic Accommodations!

We loved this property! The beach was wider than other stretches of beach and absolutely gorgeous. Great Sunrise view from the back porch and beautiful sun set view from the front. The beds were very comfortable. We loved being able to walk to the Flora-Bama area for an easy lunch or fun night life. The owners were super sweet, responsive, and engaging. We can’t wait to come back to this exact spot. I highly recommend this location!

Great experience

This was my first VRBO experience and trip to Orange Beach. Our group thoroughly enjoyed it. The property is great and the owner was VERY responsive. We had a bit of a mishap upon our arrival but he made it right immediately. I would (& will) recommend this place for sure. Beds were great, 3 bathrooms really nice since we had 4 people. The large balcony was another reason we enjoyed our stay so much. My friends & I really liked that this condo is located in a quieter area of Orange Beach, right on the beach, but a short drive's distance for great things to do. Loved it!

Beautiful and spacious condo. Really enjoyed the views of the ocean from the very large balcony. Owner was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early and the cleaning lady Pat was so nice and gave us great places to go and eat.

Perfect accomodations!

Been going yearly to Orange Beach over 30 years. Nicest condo we've stayed in yet. 9 ft ceilings, 8 ft doors, marble, GREAT master bath, and master bedroom overlooking beach. Everything was as promised inside condo. Can't wait to go back.
