Small and extremely dated place. Nice location. Surprisingly had to pay $91 euro at check in for linens/cleaning. Was supposed to come with washer and dryer which were not working and we had reserved apartment for this service.

Stark renovierungsbedürftige Ferienwohnung

Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr schlecht,reagierte erst kurz vor der Anreise auf Anfragen die 3 Monate zuvor gestellt wurden.Die elektrische Installation mangelhaft und gefährlich( lose Steckdosen ca. 20 cm neben dem Waschbecken, kein FI-Schalter), ekelerregendes Waschbecken im Bad, (wurde schon öfters erwähnt), Wackelige Amaturen, in der Küche undichter Wasserhahn,Betten sind sehr schmal. Im Gesamtbild heruntergewohnte Ferienwohnung. Nicht zu empfehlen wackelig e und undichte Armaturenim Bad

Nie wieder

Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld hat trotz mehrmaliger Versuche meinerseits nicht stattgefunden. Die Wohnung ist komplett heruntergewohnt. Die Möbel sind teilweise kaputt, die Matratze durchgelegen. Die Dunstabzugshaube wurde vermutlich noch nie geputzt.

Schön retro

Die Wohnung und auch der Eingangsbereich waren gut sauber und alles nett antiquiert. Im Laufe der Jahre haben sich viele Utensilien angesammelt, so daß die Ausstattung komplett ist. Das Wasser floß in der Küche mehr neben dem Hahn heraus als durch diesen, da fühlten wir uns gleich wie zu Hause. Die Küche hat genau eine (1) Stromsteckdose. Wir fanden den Preis sehr günstig im Verhältnis zum Komfort, sehr zentral und doch ruhig untergebracht zu sein. Endreinigungsgebühr sollte fairerweise als Preisbestandteil ausgewiesen und nicht versteckt in der Beschreibung erscheinen. Daß dies überhaupt möglich ist, muß man auch der Plattform anlasten.Die Kommunikation war sehr dürftig, FeWo direkt erlaubt keine eMail an die Vermieterin, und da die sich auch 10 Tage nach der Buchung nicht gemeldet hatte, wurden wir etwas unruhig und mußten mittels umständlichen Anmeldens auf der Plattform nachfragen. Dafür war die Dame, die uns dann den Schlüssel übergab, wirklich sehr freundlich und ein Sonnenschein.

Top Lage - etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Wir waren im Februar drei Tage zum Bikebrennen auf der Insel. Die Wohnung liegt zentral und im 5. Stock mit einem Wohnzimmer, zwei Schlafzimmer, einer Küche und einem Bad. Optimal für zwei Personen. Beugt man sich etwas aus dem Fenster, kann man an den Gebäuden gegenüber auch ein bisschen das Meer sehen.Die Kommunikation zur Schlüsselübergabe gestaltete sich als etwas träge, verlief dann aber doch einwandfrei. Die Küche ist klein und dort müsste doch wirklich etwas renoviert werden, bevor man sich guten Gewissens ans Kochen trauen kann.

Schöne Januar-Auszeit

Wir haben drei wundervolle Tage mit viel Sonnenschein Anfang Januar aus Sylt verbracht. Die Lage der Wohnung war für uns ideal, die Ausstattung für 2 Personen völlig ausreichend, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und für unsere kurze Auszeit alles notwendige vorgefunden. Wir würden diesen Aufenthalt gerne wiederholen

Zentrale Lage aber in die Jahre gekommen

Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich. Es war prima, dass wir unsere Koffer früher in den Raum stellen konnten und wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen.Das mobilar ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise defekt. Leider haben wir erst sehr spät die versteckten Preise für Wäsche und Endreinigung entdeckt, somit wären auch andere Fewo für uns in Frage gekommen, da noch mal zusätzlich über 100 Euro hinzukamen.In einem Zimmer haben die Gardinen sehr nach rauch gerochen, was etwas gestört hat, da wir Nichtraucher sind.Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und ist super erreichbar.

Würde ich ohne zu zögern wieder buchen

Die Absprachen im Vorfeld waren etwas mager, es hat aber alles geklappt. Alle nötigen Informationen waren gegeben und haben 100% funktioniert. Der Empfang und die Schlüsselübergabe hat hervorragend geklappt und war sehr freundlichen. Viel besser als bei einigen anderen Vermietern auf der Insel wo man erst mal ein Büro suchen muss. Die Wohnung hat eine Top Lage - perfekt und sehr gut Zufluss zu erreichen vom Bahnhof. Aber auch später ist alles gut zu erreichen. Ausstattung ist gut, teilweise etwas verbraucht und in die Jahre gekommen. Jedoch alles Zweckmäßig und für einen kurzen Aufenthalt alles bestens. Aber auch alles gemütlich und angenehm ! Wenn ich das nächste mal Sylt buche und die Wohnung frei ist, würde ich diese auch nochmal buchen. Ich war 4 Tage dort mit meinem Vater und wir haben einen Vater+Sohn Ausflug gemacht. Beide 40+ und +++ und beide sehr zufrieden.

Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr schlecht. Spülmaschine war defekt habe Vermieterin geschrieben und keine Reaktion bekommen. Miete ist auch enorm gestiegen obwohl in der Wohnung einige Mängel schon seit längerem vorhanden sind und nichts reparieren wird. Die Lage ist sehr schön.

Enttäuschung 2

Sorry, zu schnell verschickt! - Waschbecken im Bad total ekelhaft, sollte dringend erneuert werden! - Steckdosen im Nassbereich lebensgefährlich, man muss die Steckdose festhalten um den Stecker vom Fön raus zu ziehen, ansonsten kommt die Steckdose irgendwann hinterher - Möbel sind alt und defekt sowie unansehnlich - Spülmaschine alt und der Sprüharm defekt - Betten und Matratzen sind auch in die Jahre gekommen - Teppichboden im Wohnzimmer hat eklige Flecken Wir können die Wohnung nicht weiter empfehlen, sorry! Die Gastgeberin sollte sich die Wohnung mal anschauen und überlegen, ob Sie dort Urlaub machen möchte, 5 Tage für über 800 Euro!!! Natürlich ist eine Wohnung im Zentrum teuer, aber dann sollte sie auch ihr Geld wert sein!

Aufenthalt in Westerland

Wir waren das 1. Mal auf Sylt und es hat uns gut gefallen. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist perfekt - nah am Meer und zur Einkaufsstraße. Man hat viele Restaurant und Möglichkeiten zum Frühstücken. Sehr zu empfehlen ist das Café Wien und Café Orth in Westerland. Mit den Linienbussen kann man gut die Insel erkunden.
