Super Urlaub!
Die Location ist absolut toll. Hier kann man einen erholsamen Urlaub erleben. Es gibt tolle Restaurants in der Umgebung. In den meisten Restaurants empfiehlt es sich vorab zu reservieren. Markus ist ein super Gastgeber und hilft sofort weiter. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Das beste Ferienhaus, das wir je hatten!
Es war einfach eine perfekte Ferienwoche! Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut. Alles war wie beschrieben. Die Lage ist toll! Das Haus war sehr sauber und ist super ausgestattet. Die ganze Familie war traurig bei der Abreise.

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit tollem Garten. Es hat an nichts gefehlt.Alles an Küchenutensilien vorhanden. Das Haus ist super liebevoll eingerichtet.Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen ist, dass das Haus direkt an der Durchgangstraße liegt und der Verkehr etwa present ist.Ansonten können wir das Urlaubsdomizil sehr gut weiter empfehlen. Vermieter super nett und immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit.

Großzügiges Haus mit guter Ausstattung in schönem Ort
Das Haus ist besonders hervorzuheben wegen des großzügigen Platzangebots für 4-6 Personen, der großen und hervorragend ausgestatteten Küche, der geschmackvollen Einrichtung und dem schönen Gartengrundstück mit Pool. Der kleine Ort bietet mit sehr guter Pizzeria und kleinem Supermarkt alles für den schnellen Bedarf, in 20-30 Minuten Fahrt sind schöne Küstenstädte zu erreichen. Ideal für unseren Aufenthalt im August mit 4 Personen plus Hund. Bei jeder Frage war der Eigentümer schnell zu erreichen und hilfsbereit.

Traumhafter Urlaub
Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in einem wunderbaren Haus. Die Lage war genau richtig für uns: In einem kleinen Ort am Ortsrand mit herrlichem Blick in die Landschaft und nicht weit weg vom Meer und anderen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Vielen Dank für alles.

Wunderschönes Landhaus mit Garten und Pool
Die Villa Rosa ist im historischen Sveti Lovrec mit einer guten Grundversorgung. Das Landhaus strahlt ein modernes und gemütliches Ambiente aus und hat alles was das Herz begehrt. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, es sind große Schlafzimmer, Bäder und selbst Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden. Der Garten ist einfach wunderschön inklusive Pool und man kann sich kaum entscheiden, ob man auf der Dachterasse einen Drink nimmt oder auf der kleinen Terasse erhöht vor dem Haus, am Pool oder am Tisch unter den Weinreben. Ein Ort um sich zu entspannen mit einer zentralen Lage zur Küste und allen Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Ort des Glücks
Die Villa Rosa liegt in einem Dorf aus dem Mittelalter. ein Kleinod ohne Touristenströme. Auf der anderen Straßenseite des Hauses befindet sich ein Restaurant, wo es gute kroatische Küche und Pizza gibt. In Laufentfernung sind Supermarkt, Cafés und Bäckerei. Perfekte Lage für einen Familienurlaub nahe Rovinj. Auch Fahrradwege und eine Fahrradstation befinden sich vor der Tür. Von der Straße aus erscheint das Haus unscheinbar, man betritt es aber vom Garten aus. Von dieser Seite aus ist das ein typisch kroatischer Traum mit weitem Blick aufs Meer mit wunderschönen Blumen, blühenden Bäumen und einem kleinen Olivenhain. Die Aussenküche ist traumhaft schön, der Essplatz unter Wein sehr stimmungsvoll. Der Pool ist etwas klein, aber völlig ausreichend. Insgesamt bietet das Haus vier Sitzplätze im Freien. Im Inneren ist die Villa wahnsinnig praktisch mit sehr viel Stauraum, Garderobe, sogar einer kleinen Speisekammer. Sie ist wunderschön eingerichtet, sauber und sehr, sehr freundlich. Die Küche ist sehr groß und einfach ein Traum mit kompletter Einrichtung. Das Masterbedroom bietet nicht nur eine Dachterrasse, sondern neben einem Schlafsofa auch noch eine kleine Sitzecke. Inkludiert ist ein wunderschönes Bad mit Waschmaschine und Trockner. Die anderen beiden Schlafzimmer teilen sich ein gemeinsames Bad. Der Blick ist uneingeschränkt bis zum Meer von allen Zimmern aus. Wir waren begeistert und haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt, kommen bestimmt ganz bald wieder

Herrliche Unterkunft
Hochwertige Ausstattung der Villa mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Es gab nichts was man vermisst hätte und eine sehr sympathische Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer vor während und nach dem Aufenthalt. Jederzeit wieder in dem Objekt und in der kleinen Ortschaft.

Schönes Ferienhaus in einem sehr alten kleinen Dorf. Es gibt zwei Bars, einen Lebensmittelladen und einen tollen Italiener gleich gegenüber. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, in der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Kleiner aber feiner Pool, inkl. Poolhandtücher und Liegen, toller Blick ins Grüne. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen und erholsamen Aufenthalt.

Das Haus und die Küche sind sehr gut und geschmackvoll ausgestattet und das Grundstück verfügt über einen ca. 4 x 8 qm großen Pool und bietet zusätzlich über mehrere sehr schöne Sitzplätze für's Frühstück, bzw. den Abend. Das Objekt und die Lage sind ohne Einschränkungen empfehlenswert!
