Tolle Ferienwohnung!
Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Grömitz genossen und trotz des nicht so tollen Wetters das Beste daraus gemacht. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man benötigt und noch viel mehr. Das nächtliche Gegröle war leider nicht so schön, aber dafür können die Vermieter nichts. Tolle Lage und alles fussläufig zu erreichen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, aber der Stellplatz unter dem Haus ist absolut grenzwertig und nur für kleine Autos nutzbar.

Schöne Wohnung, strandnah und zentral
Aus der Wohnung mit Meerblick ist man nach 2-3 Gehminuten am Strand. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, vom Bäcker über Fischgeschäfte bis zum Supermarkt sind zu Fuß ebenfals in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war ruhig, und sehr sauber, alle Geräte funktionierten einwandfrei. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und mit Tipps für unseren Urlaub versorgt. Für das Auto geb es einen Platz in der Tiefgarage, unsere Fahrräder konnten im Fahrradkeller sicher abgestelt werden. Bei Problemen, die sich kurz vor unserem Urlaubsantritt ankündigten, reagierten die Vermieter sehr hilfsbereit und hatten sofort Lösungsvorschläge. Fazit: sehr schöne Wohnung, gute Lage, nette Vermieter und Verwalter. Vielen Dank, wir kommen wieder.

Einfach perfekt
Wunderschöne und gemütliche Wohnung. Einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Sehr gute Ausstattung (Geschirr etc.) Hervorragende Lage direkt am Deich, Strand und der Seebrücke. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe. Die Wohnung liegt zwar gegenüber eines großen Parkplatzes, der mich allerdings nicht gestört hat. Wichtig zu erwähnen ist auch das sehr gepflegte Haus. Einen fleißigeren Hausmeister gibt es nicht. Ich werde diese Wohnung für 2019 auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Wohlfühlwohnung
Wir haben eine sehr geschmackvolle Ferienwohnung angetroffen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Besonders gut sind die Verdunklungsgardienen.Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Der Parkplatz den man vom Balkon her sieht hat am Abend eine beachtliche Geräuschkulisse, besonders wenn menschen meinen dort um 1 Uhr Nachts mit dem Motorrad Bremsmanöver zu veranstalten. Insgesamt macht die Villa am Meer einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck und der Hausmeister ist ständig dabei irgend etwas zu putzen. Wenn noch einmal Grömitz dann vielleicht auch wieder in dieser Wohnung

Die Aussengeräusche vom gegenüberliegenden Parkplatz waren schon sehr störend. Umfeld an Geschäften sehr gut. Alles zu Fuss erreichbar. Wohnung perfekt. Sehr gut eingerichtet.Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
