Located in Puerto del Carmen and close to the beach, Villa Ventolera consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. The apartment includes Wi-Fi (suitable for videocalls), a washing machine and satellite TV. Start your morning with a warm dip in your child-friendly heated pool (shared) followed by a refreshing in the shower which is ideally located outside. Your outdoor area also has a private furnished garden with both covered and open terraces and a grill area, making it perfect for entertaining or relaxing. In approximately 15 minutes on foot, you will reach the shopping center, Centro Comercial Los Pocillos which, also in this area, you will find other shops, supermarkets, hotels, restaurants and bars. This location is ideal if you enjoy biking, with the nearest bike rental shop being only a 4-minute walk away from the villa. If you instead wish to spend time at the beach, Playa Los Pocillos is an 8-minute walk from the villa.

A baby cot is available upon request and for an extra fee.

Good standard of accommodation

We were very happy with the property on the whole, it was clean and generally well stocked, and the welcome package was a lovely touch. There were a few things that could have been improved - no tea towel, washing up liquid or oven gloves for example - and the en suite bathroom could do with a bit of attention (remains of a broken towel rail on the wall, no other rail and stained shower mat) but none of that caused us any major issues and would still highly recommend. A great location close to the beach, shops and restaurants, but on a quiet road so a relaxing place to be in the evenings.

Family time

Nice property in great location. Go to Lanzarote every year so familiar with all locations. Very good relaxing break with good and easy communication with host. We eat out in the evening so ideal for restaurants shops and bars. Taxi drivers extremely helpful.

A beautiful homely villa in a quiet complex with friendly neighbours.

The property was clean, comfortable and homely particularly for the time of year we chose which was Christmas. It was private and peaceful with a communal pool and the addition of the beach within a short stroll. The host was available with quick responses to any queries or needs which was a comfort.
