The 80 m² holiday flat sits in the first row of houses next to the beach. It has three levels and accommodated three adults and two children. It is ideal for couples or families, which are looking for peace and quiet.

The living room grants access to the 50 m² patio, which offers gorgeous views of the ocean and surrounding coastline. It is furnished with outdoor furniture and an awning and provides a great place to enjoy sun or shade.

There are a total of three bedrooms; one is on the mezzanine and accessed via a ladder and furnished with a single bed (0.80 m x 1.90 m) and a dresser. One bedroom is furnished with two single beds, the other one with a double bed and a wardrobe. The bathroom offers a shower, a sink and a toilet. The living room is furnished with two red leather sofas and a television. From here a ladder leads up to the mezzanine with the single bed; the second bedroom is accessed by a small staircase and another staircase leads down into the kitchen. The fully furnished kitchen is equipped with a small dining table, a stove, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker and a washing machine, a microwave and a dish washer. Wireless Internet access is available to our guests free of charge.

The highlight of the property is the proximity to the beach and the ocean. It is literally a stone's throw: 5 meters. The nearest shops can be found about 500 m from the house and it is only about 100 meters to the centre of town. A supermarket, restaurants and public transport are all located nearby (300 meters). It is about 9 km to the airport and 7 km to a golf court.
