Cozy patio for coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. All surrounded by a large, colorful and well-maintained garden. Inside are original artwork, BluDot & Article furnishings, central air-conditioning and many unique touches. New bathroom, flooring, painting and new appliances installed in 2024.

Right ON the harbor front beach, across the street from Provincetown Public Library; steps to McMillian Wharf and its 3 ferries; 361 Coffee Shop, the Squealing Pig (for lunch and a great selection of beers on tap), any number of great restaurants; adjacent to the famous Harbor Lounge; 2 blocks from bike and kayak rentals and Farland Market for groceries, sandwiches and great Ptown community.

Terrific home, location and Owner

Wonderful home in a great location. Lots of space to spread out and great kitchen. The entire condo was updated and the bedroom is very quiet for sleeping. Paul's communication was spot on. I really enjoyed my trip. Will be back.

Quiet, Convenient, Relaxing

Great, QUIET, spot in a very convenient location in the middle of Provincetown. The host was exceptional. There was a hurricane forecasted to hit (thankfully it missed), but the host made sure we were good the entire stay.

Great Location and Comfy

Location, location and location!! The condo was right in the center of town right on the beach. It was was very comfy and spacious. It is definitely one of the most comfortable places I have stayed in Ptown which I have been coming for many years. Paul was a great host very responsive and communicative. Highly recommend his home for your Ptown stay.

Perfect Provincetown getaway

We had an incredible stay in this wonderful Provincetown apartment. The location cannot be beat - right in the heart of Commercial Street - and the space itself was beautiful. The apartment was very spacious, well appointed, and clean. Paul was a gracious host and was very communicative and helpful throughout the booking process and during our stay. We have stayed many different places in and around Provincetown over the years and this was definitely one of the best -- we hope to be able to stay again!

Amazing space and location

What a great spot! Paul’s property is not only comfortable, charming, and tastefully decorated, it’s also in a prime location! It is literally just steps off Commercial Street, yet extremely quiet and private. We had everything we needed and appreciated the many thoughtful touches. Paul was a fantastic host and communication was excellent. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Amazing location and property

The place was exactly as described and perfect for a long weekend stay in Provincetown. It is perfectly located in the main hub of town with everything a walkable distance. The garden was lovely to have as a place to sit for coffee or wine before dinner. The owner was pleasant, helpful and we would welcome the opportunity to stay here again.

An exceptional little getaway

2016 will be our third year in a row staying in his lovely, well-appointed, spacious ground-level one-bedroom apartment tucked away in a corner under the shadow of the public library and just a few steps from a quite stretch of beach onto the harbor. We can think of no other place we'd rather stay when in Provincetown. You're steps away from all the hubbub but have plenty of piece and quiet to yourself. The modern kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom is stylish, the bedroom roomy, the living room and eating area tastefully decorated and big enough to have another couple join you for cocktails before dinner.

Close to everything!

This great one-bedroom is an easy walk from the ferry, and just steps to Harbor Beach. It really is a must see as the pictures online do not do this apartment justice. You can enjoy a cocktail at the Harbor Lounge and watch the beautiful sunsets. The action of Commercial Street is just steps away, but the apartment is a welcome quiet retreat. The bed is super comfy and there is plenty of storage for your things. The kitchen has everything you need and the living room has great natural light. The apartment is clean, comfortable and in a great location, I would highly recommend this great place to my friends.

Amazing Weekend Retreat

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment on Harbor Beach. The location was perfect. No matter what my plan was for the day, I only had to walk a few steps to reach my goal. The beach was located just a few steps from the front door and in the evening the it was fun to walk down the main street to sample the large variety of restaurants that Provincetown had to offer. The apartment was extremely comfortable and I felt right at home. I stayed there for a total of 4 days and the end of my visit came far too quickly. Now that I found the perfect apartment I will be making this an annual summer getaway!

Why they chose this property

I've gotta say: this place is just magic. In 9 years- summer & winter- I have never been anything less than delighted to turn the key in the lock. It's in an ideal place in the middle of it all and ON the Harbor beach- but surprisingly peaceful and quiet inside. No cars or street visible from any window (of which there are many), which gives it even more of a jewel box quality.
