This beautiful villa is just one km from Montaione, a medieval village set in the heart of Tuscany, in a quiet, country area.

The holiday home is surrounded by a beautiful garden with swimming pool (12x6 m, open from the beginning of May to the end of September) and a large, comfy Jacuzzi.
It consists of a main house measuring 240 sq m and a guesthouse of 60 sq m.
During the week, the owners offer a pizza dinner in the reception cottage facing the villa. Also available to clients are a kitchen garden and an orchard, where one can pick seasonal produce, games for children, a table tennis table and a barbecue. Clients can also book wine and olive oil tastings as well as a cook or a catering service. There are also three bikes to rent.

Distances: the village is within walking distance, as well as supermarkets (about 600-1000 m) and restaurants. Florence, Siena and Pisa are at about 55 km, while San Gimignano is only 20 km away and Volterra 29 km. Certainly a must is a visit to Certaldo and Colle Val d’Elsa.

The villa, 240 sq m, rented with the guesthouse of 60 sq m, can comfortably accommodate up to 15 people.
The main house, tastefully furnished in the typical Tuscan style, is divided into two communicating parts, which are independent as each has its own fully equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, oven, toaster, American coffee pot, kettle, dishwasher).
On entering from the left side, there is on the ground floor a living room with fireplace, Sat TV, kitchenette and a bathroom fitted out with shower.
On the first floor there is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower, a twin bedroom (which can be turned into a double) and a bathroom with shower. From the ground floor one has access to the communicating flat as well as to the back garden where there is a gazebo and barbecue.
The flat next door, with its own independent entrance, on its ground floor has a large living room with dining area, Sat TV and double sofa bed, a bathroom with shower, a kitchen and a large veranda facing the swimming pool with barbecue, perfect for al fresco dining. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom (which can be turned into a double) and two bathrooms with shower.
Every bathroom has a hairdryer. Air conditioning in all bedrooms (included up to 300 KW consumption). Furthermore, other guest facilities are a washing machine, mosquito curtains, a safe, fans and internet Wi-Fi.

The guesthouse is a small cottage of 60 sqm, full air conditioned, 40 m from the main house, with a double bedroom, a living room with kitchen corner (fridge with freezer, oven, toaster, American coffee pot, kettle, dishwasher) and a double sofa bed, one bathroom with shower, hair dryer. Private terrace, with barbecue. Sat Tv, Wi Fi connection.
