Theses holiday apartments are situated in a beautiful villa (3 lodgings), ideal for a relaxing holiday, at 800 mt from Sassetta, a remarkable medieval village on the hills of the Etruscan coast at just 12 km from the beaches of Marina di Castagneto. On top of a hill, 500 m above sea level, the apartments with private terrace have been renovated to a very high standard, in harmony with the surroundings.



The villa is surrounded by a large green park and has a Swimming pool (12x6, open middle May-Sept).In the villa's grounds there is ample parking space.



Furthermore, in Marina di Castagneto our guests also have at disposal our private strip of Maremma pinewood with botanic route and beach with facilities deckchairs, sun umbrellas, dressing room, bathroom, and potable water.



It is in an excellent location for discovering some of the many medieval Tuscan villages in the surroundings, such as Bolgheri, famous for the Sassicaia Wine, and Massa Marittima, or for visiting the ancient Etruscan necropolis of Populonia at 25 km.



Approaching the apartment (90 sqm) from the garden on the west side of the house one enters the living room via two steps.
In front of this entrance is a 100-year-old oak tree under which there is a rocking-sofa with comfortable cushions.
In the apartment's garden there are also wrought iron chairs, four deckchairs, a barbecue and an outside shower.
Entering the living room one finds to the front a fireplace and to the left the well-equipped kitchen area with gas hob, gas oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, toaster and both Italian moka and filter coffee machines.
Between the fireplace and the cooking area is a table for 8 people. In this living room there is a sofa which converts to a double bed and an armchair which converts to a single bed. From the living room one can walk on to the covered terrace, surrounded by the brilliant green of the chestnut tree branches, it is furnished for al fresco dining with marble table and wrought iron chairs and settee with comfortable cushions. The living room leads to the two bedrooms (one with an extra single bed) each with its own bathroom.
The fixtures and fittings of both bathrooms are of a very high standard, they each have a shower cubicle and the larger bathroom has a washing machine.
The apartment is very well furnished and there is central heating.
