In town for Cheer Comp. Great rental

Everything was really good. Place was just as we expected. Danielle was super nice and had great communication when needed. The water heather was turned off which I am so grateful we noticed on Friday night. If we didn't notice that until Saturday, we would have been in trouble because we had a Cheer competition all day and would not have been able to shower. Thankfully, it all worked out and we had the time to let it heat overnight. We all had wished we packed slippers. The tile floors were very cold since it was winter. Even with the heat on, floors were freezing. Danille was nice enough to let us stay late on Sunday too. I would definitely rent here again and bring slippers LOL.

Fantastic Vacation Host and Location

Everything was well thought out. Communication was tremendous with Michael . There was a short walk to the beach, we felt like we had the entire resort to ourselves. We were disappointed that the pool next to our complex was closed for the season but there were 2 other beautiful pools on property. We were thrilled at the beauty of the grounds and were happy with all aspects of this vacation !

Mike was great to work with. He was a super host. Very easy to communicate with and gave us great suggestions for area restaurants etc. His unit was clean and it was great that it was on the first floor. We would for sure book this unit again. Big enough for a family of five to include two young boys and a baby.

Perfect Jersey Shore Vacation

We were already quite familiar with Seapointe Village and this rental reinforced our desire to keep going back every year. The condo was the perfect size for our little family of 3, since we used the den/2nd bedroom as a bedroom for our 1 year old. The pool right outside our building was unfortunately closed for the season (poor timing on our part) but it was a quick walk to the main pool by the beach. Our host, Mike, was fantastic. He took the time to provide all of the information we needed about Seapointe and check-in, which was seamless, and additional recommendations for nearby restaurants and activities. We wouldn't hesitate to rent from him again. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay!

Perfect for kids!

This condo exceeded our expectations! Our kids LOVED the pool, especially the multiple baby pools. The condo felt like home because it had all the essentials so we didn't have to worry. The property manager was responsive, accommodating and provided great tourism info. We come to wildwood every year and this was our best stay yet!

Perfect Beach Vacation

Fun, clean and outstanding location for a family location. Close enough to boardwalk but private enough to just enjoy the beach and pools. The property was just what we needed for a family with a couple children. We will absolutely be back to Seapointe Village.

Would Stay Here Again!

Well appointed condo - exactly as described. Really nice shower in the master bath. Bed was comfortable. Enjoyed the basketball and tennis courts. Steps away from the beach. Excellent communication - had a small glitch with the keycode but Mike was available by text and got back to us with a solution within 5 minutes. Would stay here again!

Quiet property close to everything you need

The condo was convenient to everything we needed. The beach is the best part of this location, we enjoyed nightly walks to the shore and viewing the boardwalk from the beach. We didn't see many people during our stay but the guard staff/grounds crew were friendly. Michael, the owner, was very communicative about the property and things to do while in the area.

Great vacation option!

We came back home yesterday sooo happy! We had a perfect week at Mike’s condo. Zero stress! The apartment is beautiful, equipped and very clean and well maintained. Kids loved the pools (there are 3 beautiful pool areas), we loved the beach. There are many BBQ grills around, two fire pit areas, tennis courts… Beautiful flours. Everything very clean and well maintained. Looking forward to be back!

Perfect place for family & children

Overall was a great experience with two kids (ages 3 & 5). Space is large enough that we could put them to sleep at a normal hour without having to hibernate along with them, and they were able to play without overwhelming the area. In-room washer/dryer is a godsend. The kitchen is fine for the 2 meals a day where we used it and has a dishwasher. Pros: Landlord proactive about all phases of process with good knowledge of area Comfortably sleeps 6 Plenty to do without leaving condo development, including beach and pools Cons: Boardwalk and most restaurants are outside walking distance

Best shore vacation!

Mike was phenomenal during the whole process! He was really easy to talk to and get ahold of. The property was extremely clean. My kids loved their room especially. Lol. The location was perfect! Right outside the best pool/pools within the condos and walking distance to the beach. Beach was so clean and not very crowded. It was the perfect family vacation! Thank you so so much!

A perfect getaway

This was a perfect getaway. It was a short trip but my family had the best time ever. Mike was very accommodating and was available to answer questions and also provided information. Prior to the trip with the information provided about things to do around Cape May or recommended restaurants, it made it easier for me to plan. The condo and Seapointe Village is very clean and secure. My family and I felt safe. We enjoyed the beach, pools, playing basketball. Definitely will be coming back. Thank you Mike for making this a memorable trip for me and my family.

Beautiful Property

I booked this property for a weekend getaway with friends. The condo was beautiful, nicely kept, and was a perfect fit for our group of 5. It was in close proximity to the beach, pools, and hot tub. We were also in walking distance to several restaurants and bars on the beach. Mike was great with keeping in touch and communicating throughout the whole process. He sent us information on places to eat and things to do locally. We enjoyed the wineries in Cape May and shopping at the Washington Street mall. I would highly recommend this property and Mike was great to work with. We couldn’t of asked for a better experience.
