Delux apartment next to Old part of town and beach
The location is 1 minute by foot from Old aprt of town and heritage Diocletian Palace 1700 years old. It is 2 min on another side to reach the beach Bačvice-only sandy one.
It is on the ground floor and it is always comfortable because we have big temeperatures in Split and inside of the property it is comfy even without AC. Deluxe apartment consists room with king size bed for 2 people and closed inside of the room. Kitchen is full equipment with all dishes and table with 4 chairs. Living room is connected with kitchen and it has sofa that can be pull out and it can be for 2 extra people. Bath is with shower.
Green and fish market on open are 1 min by foor. Supermarket 20 m away. Farmacy 10 m away. Hospital 10 min by foot. ATM is 20 m away.
Nightlife is close. Club is the name Tropic and it is complex you can find different kind of bars. It is on the beach Bacvice. Ferry, train and bus station is 3 minutes by foot from our property.
There is air conditioning in each property. Parking is possible in streets near by where you can find it for free it is public. Also there is a parking near at a separate cost.
