Updated Beautiful 3-Bedroom, 2-Bathroom Villa in Kingston Plantation
WELCOME to our beach home! Our vacation home is in the West Hyde Park of Kingston Plantation! Our condo is in the center of Kingston Plantation; we are about a 5 minute walk to the new Health Club, opened May 2017 and 8-10 minutes through Kingston Plantation to the beach.
Our condo has plenty of room for a family of 6-7 at all stages, toddlers to teens! The kitchen is well stocked for making home cooked meals! It can also be a quiet retreat for just adults, parents, golfers and girls-only-retreat!!!
Condo upgrades as of 2017:
New furniture in the family room,
New king bed in the master bedroom.
New paint throughout.
A private router for better and faster cable and internet.
In 2013 we completely renovated our condo with the following upgrades:
*Granite counter-tops in the kitchen and baths.
*New appliances in the kitchen.
* New Washer & Dryer
*Modern tiled walk-in shower in the master bath with extra large shower head.
*Framed mirror over vanity with 'his & hers' sinks in master bath.
*New light fixtures in the dining room and baths.
* New Chairs in the Dining Room
* New Light and Ceiling Fan in the Family Room
* New Light Fixture on the bedroom ceiling fan
* All new high-def, flat-screen wall mounted TV's (4, one in each room)
We have 3-bedrooms which provide ample sleep space for extended family vacations! We look forward to your upcoming stay in our vacation home!
Kingston Plantation is a 145-acre master planned community...it is nothing less than SPECTACULAR! 23-acres of fresh water lakes that are surrounded by beautifully manicured grounds and mature trees. The community boasts a 1/2-mile of wide, white sand beaches, 13-pools, a Sport & Health Facility with 3 tennis courts (a separate, extra charge), 4 on-site restaurants and an Embassy Suites Hotel where you can enjoy their seasonal pool-side bar/cafe' band (VRBO guests do NOT have use of the Embassy Suites' pool decks or Splash! Waterpark) and oceanfront restaurants.

We served 28 years in the US Air Force and raised our family in various locations from Mississippi to California to Alaska to Virginia and more. Myrtle Beach has always been our favorite family vacation.
Why they chose this property
We bought this condo when we visited Kingston Plantation for the first time in 2002 because our oldest son, then a high school freshman, was competing in a HS Band Competition in Myrtle Beach. We stayed at the Embassy, and by end of week we decided to explore buying here. Within weeks we bought 7A WHP.
This condo became our anchor as we moved repeatedly throughout our Air Force career. Our family memories include Christmas, New Year's, 4th of July, Spring Break and the summers; we watched our family grow up here. Now our children are bringing their families to the Beach!
So when you stay at our place, you will build your family memories on a wonderful foundation of family fun.
