Apartment located in the center of Gaeta with access from the medieval village and a large terrace with panoramic view over the harbor and arches of St. Mary of the Bay of Gaeta and the bell tower of the Cathedral of St. Erasmus dating back to centuries. XII. The apartment consists of living room with sofas and tv, small kitchen and a large double bedroom, all with direct access to the terrace. The latter consists of a large living space, partially covered, fully equipped with tables, chairs, sofa and outdoor sink. There are also two further double bedrooms, one overlooking the alley and the other with light socket from the entrance, and two separate bathrooms with shower. The apartment is suitable for a family of up to six people or for two couples.

With beamed ceilings and wooden furniture, the apartment is particularly suitable for customers who appreciate the quality of traditional spaces and the charm of historic homes, accompanied by an exceptional view of monuments and historic landscape and a comfortable together services. The house is in fact equipped with TV, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, oven and fans. Pets not allowed.

Please inform staff in advance about your estimated time of arrival. An assistant will meet the guests. Check in from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.This house is located in the Limited Traffic Zone of Gaeta (ZTL). In case of your arrival by car or motorcycle, you must tell us the license plate and the exact model of the vehicle 7 days before your arrival. Please note we can only release ONE access permit with the pass to public car parks and it is valid only inside the ZTL (blue stripes - parking space Not guaranteed). You will receive the permit for free upon arrival through our staff. Please Note! in case of arrival with more vehicles, contact us one week before your arrival.
