Fantastic Loft w/ Great Location!

We had a fabulous getaway weekend in Asheville for our anniversary, and the loft was absolutely perfect!! Extremely comfortable bed, well laid out space with bathroom and kitchen, and very comfortable HVAC all made this such a great place to stay. Very private and romantic as well as this location is not only nestled up in the hills, but a stones throw away from Biltmore Village and downtown. Can't beat the location for the money!! We enjoyed downtown, riverarts district, Biltmore village, and even went to Shoji spa for a few hours- all in 48 hours. We can't wait to come back!!!

Great find!

What a great property! My husband & I just returned from a six day stay this property. It's in a quiet little neighborhood very close to downtown, the Biltmore & the brewery district. Also easy access to the interstate. This is my second time renting this property & I was impressed both times. It's very clean, up to date & very well stocked with everything you need! There are plenty of towels, dishes, pots & pans. We felt at home!

Really nice, comfortable and convenient

My husband and I recently stayed over a long weekend - part work, part play - and really enjoyed our stay in this nicely appointed efficiency. I travel a lot so hotel rooms are not my favorite, and for the price of a less-than-homey hotel room near downtown Asheville, this place cannot be beat. All the niceties of home, and a quick hop to many of the things Asheville is famous for -- breweries and good food. Nice quiet neighborhood, fresh, new apartment with all you need to feel at home. The owners are super nice people and made us feel welcome. I will rent this place again next time I travel to the area. I have nothing but good things to say about it.

Pretty but chemical ladened...beware !!!

This studio is well designed and adequate for the price. However, the owners have never met GREEN human-friendly cleaning or laundry products. The sheets reeked of Febreeze and Tilex is soaked into the prefab shower enclosure. Too bad since Whole Foods is 5 min away. Asheville is one of America's healthiest cities. Apparently the owners didn't get the memo that these chemicals, in addition to being carcinogenic, are old news in hospitality. Green is in !! Two stars for decor and location great location. Steps up very steep (minus 1.5 stars), toxic cleaning chemicals in linens and apt. (minus 1.5 stars)

Perfect Location!

My wife and I stayed here for a quick anniversary getaway. The location is perfect and so close to Hi-Wires big top location and all of Biltmore Village. So close to downtown (7-10 Uber ride). The loft was so clean and even better than the pictures and in a beautiful neighborhood, will definitely return!

Perfect apartment close to downtown and plenty of places to mountain bike

Nick and Mae were great hosts. The apartment was very clean and had everything needed. The location was perfect just a few minutes from town in a nice quiet neighborhood. They were friendly and provided guidance on some of the bike trails we were thinking of trying. We will definitely stay there again when we come back to Asheville.

Quaint, fully stocked, & great location

The loft was just as shown in a cute neighborhood a short walk or drive away from all of the breweries and downtown. Great place to stay for a short or extended stay. Try the French place, Bouchon, that Mae recommends. It was fantastic! Highly recommend traveling to Asheville and staying at the loft.

Great layout for this guest space over the detached garage. So nice to have a kitchen and living room area in addition to bed and bath. Nicely decorated and appointed and private. Very comfortable and close to the Biltmore. Glad we chose this rental for our visit!

Central to everything Asheville

This quaint studio as everything you need for a place to rest and crash between your Asheville adventures. Comfy bedding, great shower head, well appointed and private. My only suggestion is to add a deflector on the heating register to avoid blowing on the bed. Otherwise, this was the perfect pls e for us.

Great place to stay!

We enjoyed this property. It is very clean, very cute and well decorated. The kitchen is well stocked with items you might need. Nothing was missed in terms of supplies, towels, soaps, etc. Downtown and the arts district are very close. I'm not sure if you could walk to downtown because we didn't try it. We love Asheville and will definitely stay at this property again!

We had such a wonderful time! The studio is very close to Biltmore Village and downtown Asheville were we enjoyed some awesome food and shopping. The studio had everything we needed plus more! Next time we are in town we will definitely be staying again!

Great home base!

We have lived in Asheville since 2002 and enjoy making art, hiking, mountain biking, snowboarding and of course eating out in our amazing foodie town.
