On the first floor you will find two beautiful bedrooms, one of which is a passage room, a bathroom with toilet, a large living room with access from the outside and another with bar and armchairs. Upstairs you will find the magnificent mezzanine with its fireplace where you can relax, 3 bedrooms, including one with access from the outside, and 1 shower room with toilet and bath. A highlight is the roof terrace with magnificent views.



Spend pleasant hours outdoors in the south-facing garden with shaded terrace to relax. Refresh yourself in the pool and barbecue at the pool house.



The surrounding area offers numerous opportunities for outdoor activities. Not far from the house you can also play golf and tennis.
