The Icod de los Vinos area offers more than 20 cycling routes that wind through its spectacular mountainous and coastal landscape. Teneriffa Nord Airport is 40 minutes (45 km) by car from the home.

Ideal alojamiento

Pros: Piso perfecto. La localizacion de la vivienda es la ideal para ir caminando a cualquier punto y libre de cuestas, muy centrico. Es un piso bueno para PMR, no dispone de escalon en el portal, tiene un baño con ducha pero solo te servira si tienes algo de movilidad aunque, segun me dijo el propietario estudia la opcion de quitar la bañera del segundo baño y poner plato de ducha y ya seria perfecto oara PMR. Si hablamos del anfitrion Miguel Angel atento y amable. El contacto con el es fluido y atiende a lo que puedas necesitar. Pedi si me podia poner una banqueta en el plato de ducha y no tardo en comprarla. Detalles de bienvenida en el piso como una bandeja de platanos, botella de vino y botella de agua. La cocina tiene absolutamente todo lo necesario, incluido alimentos que puedes ir necesitando (cafe, azucar, aceite, etc). En cuanto a vajilla y utiles en la cocina no echaras nada en falta, totalmente equipada. Camas muy comodas. Fotos identicas a su estado actual. Volveremos Miguel Cons: Todo perfecto

Positiv: Wohnung sehr geräumig und sauber. Neutral/Negativ: Küche sehr schlecht ausgestattet: Keine Geschirrtücher und Spültücher/Schwämme für den Abwasch vorhanden. Sehr wenig Geschirr und Besteck, so dass man gezwungen war laufend abzuwaschen. Wohnung sehr hellhörig und laut: Schlafräume gehen in Innnenhöfe, in denen man sämtliche anderen Mieter hört und liegt an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße. Ausstattungsmerkmale nicht korrekt, da nicht vorhanden: - Keine Terrasse - Kein Balkon - Kein Garten Gastgeber spricht nicht, wie angeben andere Sprachen (Englisch, Französisch, Deutsch usw.) sondern lediglich Spanisch.
