Dias Maravilhosos.

O imóvel é muito bom, boa localização cerca de 8 minutos do centro de Sumaré (mercado,posto de gasolina, farmacias), o sitio fica cerca de 200 metros de estrada de terra. Fomos muito bem recepcionados pelo caseiro e o dono do sitio sempre dando assistência pelo whats quando foi preciso.

O espaço é muito bacana, a limpeza estava impecável, o proprietário responde com bastante rapidez. A única dica que eu deixaria é sobre utensílios domésticos, tem o básico, então recomendo levar oq achar necessário na estadia.

Tivemos um final de semana incrível , a chácara é muito espaçosa bem organizada e limpa , tanto o caseiro Nelson como o proprietário Carlos sempre a disposição , foi a melhor chácara que já fui na região, já estamos nos organizando pra voltar

Imóvel muito bom, bem limpo e muito bem convervado. O imóvel dispõe de vários colchões de ótima qualidade, a área da churrasqueira é grande e espaçosa. Você tem total privacidade e assistência necessária. Com certeza voltaremos!

Ambiente bem cuidado e limpo. Dono foi atencioso e o caseiro também. Única ressalva é que na casa de madeira ao utilizar um inseticida no banheiro, percebemos que vários cupins saíram das paredes ou do teto. O Dono tem que tomar cuidado com a infestação deles na casa de madeira.
