Die Lage ist perfekt, man ist gleich mittendrin. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss, man muss trotzdem Treppen gehen. Ansonsten sehr angenehmes , leises und sauberes Haus und Wohnung. Parkplatz war groß genug und gut befahrbar. Ist weiter zu empfehlen.

Super zentrale Strandlage. Bäcker nebenan. Parkplatz kostenfrei am Haus. Gute Ausstattung und trotz Erdgeschoss hell und freundlich. Terrasse mini, aber auch nicht wirklich notwendig, wenn die Promenade vor der Tür ist.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und super gelegen. Bis zum Strand und der Promenade sind es nur wenige Meter. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Auf der Terrasse, die für 4 Personen etwas klein ist, hat man aber seine Ruhe, weil sie durch die Hecke gut abgeschirmt ist.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in top Lage. Die 50qm Wohnung wirkt durch den Schnitt größer, wodurch diese komfortabel und großzügig ist. Die Ausstattung ist funktional. Die Terrasse ist für 1-2 Personen gut nutzbar. Das Haus am Park ist ein sehr gepflegtes Haus, positiv das eine Waschmaschine/ Trockner gegen Gebühr vorhanden ist. Die Ausstattung des Kochbestecks-, und Geschirrs könnte ausgetauscht und erweitert werden. Die Wohnung war bei Bezug sehr sauber.
