The 210 m² vacation home Villa Rita is located in Domaso on Lake Como in Italy's northern Lombardy region. The villa consists of 2 apartments overlooking the lake shore. The villa has a living room with fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 13 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calling), satellite TV and a shared sauna. Guests can enjoy lake and mountain views from the apartment and relax in the furnished garden or in the sun next to the pool (open from May 15 until the end of the summer season), both shared facilities. Guests can also sit outside on the open terrace or cook on the barbecue, both private facilities. The outdoor area also features a children's pool and outdoor showers, as well as a playground. A garden restaurant and snack bar is attached to the residence, and a variety of restaurants, bars, cafes, and shopping are just a 1 to 5 minute (1 to 1.5 km) drive away. The apartment has direct access to the beach and the lake. Guests can deposit small boats directly on the beach or moor larger boats 400 meters away in the town harbor. A boat departs from the port touching all the most interesting points of the lake, in the area there are also windsurfing and kayaking schools. Bicycle paths are available in the Domaso area and wind along the lakefront and breathtaking mountain landscapes (bike rental near the property at 500 meters). Milan Malpensa airport is a 1 hour 44 minute (100 km) drive from the apartment.

The holiday house, located inside a Camping ground, is divided into 2 apartments and can be rented separately or in its entirety.
Pets are allowed (the property is dog-friendly and there is a nearby beach that welcomes four-legged animals).
Parking is possible in the parking area adjacent to the house or in the garage (with closing time).
A charging station for electric cars and electric bicycles is available.
