The property is right on the beach of Conca dei Marini, with direct access to the beach.





The apartment on the first floor has a living space of around 110m² and consists of five rooms: living room, dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms each for two people, as well as two bathrooms. The living room is decorated with four wood pictures and a porthole mirror from a 19th-century yacht. It also provides a three-seater couch, which can be used as a double sofa bed, and an LCD TV. The view from the window is second to none: the sea and the sky of the Amalfi coast and in the background the Capo di Vettica Maggiore with its 16th-century watchtower. The open kitchen is decorated with handmade tiles from Vietri and also has a window with a view of the sea and the coast. It is equipped with a four-flame gas stove, a fridge with a freezer compartment, an Italian Espresso maker, plates, glasses, wine glasses, cutlery, pans, salad bowls, some plastic boxes for storing food. There is also a dining table for up to six people. The house has two bedrooms. The first has a double bed (160 x 200cm) and a double-glazed window, the second has two single beds (each 80 x 200cm) that can also be joined together as a double bed, if required. The furnishing is simple and comfortable. Each bedroom has a wardrobe and two bedside tables. The beds have orthopaedic mattresses and hypoallergenic pillows. During the winter season, thicker blankets and duvets are provided. The bathrooms feature handmade Vietri tiles and have a washbasin, toilet, bidet and completely enclosed shower cubicle. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, smart TV, Netflix, wireless Internet access. The rental price is all inclusive, except the City tax (currently, eur 1,00 per person per night).





The house was built at the end of the 18th century. Here the guests can enjoy a unique, relaxing holiday, with the sun, sea and the colours of the Amalfi coast. The building has a long history. Initially it was used by the owners as an office for the shipping company, then as a pasta factory. Finally, in the 20th century, it was used as a warehouse for the tuna fishing business and was used later by local fishermen. At the moment there is a restaurant on the ground floor of the house (kitchen closes at 22.00). However, peace and quiet is ensured by the apartment’s sound soundproof windows.





Parking spots are available on the road above Conca dei Marini. Parking fare is included in the rental price.





Please note this important information regarding arrivals: we arrange a meeting in Amalfi, from where guests and luggage are transported by boat (free for arrivals and departures). The driver has to drive the car to Conca dei Marini to park on the road above the marine village and then walk to the house. The stairs that lead down to the house have about 290 steps and leads through the old, picturesque part of the marine village. For shopping, you can take the water taxi (about a five-minute ride) to Amalfi or go to Conca dei Marini (about 1km away). On the street above the fishing village there is a bus stop with connections to Amalfi, Positano and Sorrento. On the beach is provided a renting service with sunbeds, sunumbrella, boats and so on, as well as a water taxi service to Amalfi, Positano, Sorrento, Capri and to all the town of the coast. There are also three restaurants with sea views. Guests are provided with a small guest book with information about the house, Conca dei Marini and the Amalfi coast, as well as some recommendations for shops.
