Alles super!

Wir waren sehr begeistert. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und schön geräumig. Tolle Lage am Schlosspark, zentral und ruhig zugleich. Auch die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war 1A. Nächster Urlaub ist schon gebucht!

Vernünftig ausgestattete kleine Wohnung im Souterrain einer fast 130 Jahre alten Villa mit aufmerksamen Gastgebern. Abzüge gibt es für den fehlenden Geschirrspüler, dem leicht muffigen Geruch in der Wohnung und die -weil verzogen- nicht komplett schließenden Zimmertüren.

Sehr schön hergerichtet Souterrain Ferienwohnung. Fussläufig zur Innenstadt. Perfekt Ausstattung und grosszügige Räumlichkeiten. mit grossem Garten und Terrasse Freundliche zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Leider war während unseres Aufenthaltes in der Wohnung permanent ein muffiger Geruch wahrnehmbar (Feuchtigkeit im Mauerwerk, hinter den Rigipsplatten ?). Wir haben aufgrund dessen während des Aufenthaltes immer die Fenster zum Lüfen offenstehen lassen. - Bis zum Morgen, wenn die Krähenkolonie im Schlosspark sich lautstark zu Wort meldete, um den Aufbruch von ihrem Nachtquartier anzukündigen. Der Vermieter meinte, dass der Geruch nur bei bestimmten Wetterlagen auftreten würde.

Husum Kurzurlaub

Angenehm. Tiefparterre. Daher etwas dunkel. Nicht jeder Raum ist modern eingerichtet… Lage am Schlosspark, schön ab vom Trubel, aber Innenstadt/Hafen fußläufig. Küchenausstattung sparsam, Gasherd (!). Neuer Eigentümer, wird vermutlich modernisiert…

Tolle Lage, sehr gut eingerichtete Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung liegt am Schlosspark. Mit unseren gemieteten Fahrrädern konnten wir direkt durch den Park ins Zentrum radeln. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet, grosszügiger Grundriss, für zwei Personen perfekt. Direkt vor dem Haus gibt es Gartenmöbel und einen Sonnenschirm. Platz um die Fahrräder abzustellen, ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Wohnung liegt im Souterrain und ist somit relativ dunkel, das sieht man an auf den Anzeigebildern nicht direkt. Ausserdem roch es in der Wohnung etwas modrig, was auch mit ständigem Lüften nicht weg zu bringen war.

super Lage

Zentral und trotzdem ruhig mit schönem Park vor der Haustüre. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Kino um die Ecke. Wohnliche Einrichtung, in der Küche auch alles vorhanden (bis auf Spülmaschine). Heizung brummelt etwas, Krähen im Park hört man, ansonsten sehr ruhig. Fliegengitter halten Insekten draußen.

Urlaub am Park.

Man kann einen schönen, ruhigen Urlaub mit kurzen Wegen zum Einkauf und in die Altstadt/Hafen verbringen. In der Beschreibung steht "Parkplatz vor der Tür", das ist richtig, heißt aber nicht, dass man einen abbekommt.

Nur wenige Schritte von der Altstadt entfernt, idealer Ausgangsort zur Erkundung Nordfrieslands

Das Objekt besticht durch seine zentrale Lage am Schlosspark, welcher nur wenige Schritte vom Hafen mit historischer Altstadt entfernt ist. Supermarkt gleich um die Ecke. Weniger schön ist, dass die Heizung für das charmante Haus direkt in der Fewo verbaut ist und ganz früh morgens in Betrieb geht. Das anhaltende Brummen lässt sich auch durch Schließen der Schlafzimmertür icht wegdämmen. Schade. Kein Anliegerverkehr. Der benachbarte Hubschrauberlandeplatz am Krankenhaus sollte erwähnt werden. Ordentliche Unterkunft mit eigenem Parkplatz. Wir haben uns trotz alledem sehr wohl gefühlt.
