Apartamento bem localizado

Bom o apartamento em si e bem conservado , mas a mobilia deixou um pouco a desejar ,eu nao tenho certeza mas para mim o anuncio falava de uma cama de casal e uma beliche mas na verdade era um sofa cama bem ruim e quebrado acho que o proprietario deveria rever isso ai colocar moveis com mais qualidade pois agregaria valor e a tv da sala nao pega nenhum canal deveria ter pelo menos o basico da tv aberta sao pequenas coisas que poderia ser melhorado

Atendimento ótimo tanto do proprietário como do rapaz que nos entregou a chave. Excelente apartamento perto da praia, de dois supermercados e de noite com entreteninentos para crianças pertinho.

Apto muito bom, proprietário super agradável e atencioso, de fácil comunicação. Zeladores atenciosos e prestativos. Localização do imóvel excelente. Precisa mudar alguns pontos, o ventilador do quarto não funcionava, sem força de vento e no calor é difícil dormir, fiz reclamação quanto a isso pq foi difícil dormir no calor. Móveis bem cuidados e novos. A Garagem é importante ressaltar a localização, pois não é reta, e dependendo do carro fica difícil. Estacionamos com dificuldade, se fosse carro maior não caberia. No mais foi bom e voltarei mais vezes, desde que ventilador esteja ok!

Apto perfeito, muito aconchegante, limpo e organizado. Contendo todos os utensílios necessários para uma estadia tranquila com a família. Perto de tudo....farmácias, supermercados e princialmente da praia. Só utilizamos o carro para fazer passeios em outras praias. A vaga na garagem é de fácil acesso. Tudo perfeito.

O apartamento é ótimo! Ótima localização, pertinho da praia (o que facilitou muito, pois não estava de carro). Gostei muito! O condomínio é super tranquilo, a cozinha equipada com todos utensílios necessários. Próximo a mercados, padarias...Espero voltar com certeza! Desde o início fui muito bem atendida pelo proprietário. Passei o reveillon neste apartamento. A localização é boa, próximo a praia. Possui todos os utensílios de cozinha. Destaco o atendimentos do proprietário Edgar, que sempre me atendeu prontamente. Ponto de melhoria: Não possui wifi. Com certeza indico a outras pessoas. Obrigada Edgar.

O apartamento é super agradável, acolhedor e funcional. O ambiente do edifico é tranqüilo e não apresenta problema algum. A localização é privilegiada, estando muito próximo à praia, ressaltando que em uma das melhores regiões da praia. Destaco o atendimento e contato com o proprietário. Honesto, educado e bom negociador. Atento para o bom atendimento do senhor Serginho e sua esposa (lamento não recordar o nome), são atenciosos e prestativos. Já estive por duas oportunidades, em uma delas tive um problema simples no meu carro (a perda do espelho retrovisor) e ambos me orientaram onde sanar o problema, sendo bastante acolhedores. Indico por todas essas particularidades.

Apartamento adequado para temporada

O apartamento é muito bom para famílias pequenas. Tem tudo que é necessário a uma estadia confortável. Não faltam utensílios na cozinha e as tevês funcionam direitinho. O prédio é sossegado e a localização ótima. A praia fica bem perto. Nós recomendamos para quem quer passar um período agradável.
