New Orleans weekend trip

Found this home in our favorite Uptown neighborhood of NOLA. Stayed 2 days. Very quaint, historic part of town. Near Audubon park and Magazine street. Easy to get downtown to go to French Quarter or sports. Walking to Whole Foods, PJ’s Coffee, cafes. Home in quiet, clean, safe part of town. Very clean. Lots of antiques. Modern kitchen. TV & Wi-Fi. Good place to walk. Overall a great place & would definitely go again.

wonderful cottage in a great location

The cottage was beautifully presented, well appointed, spacious, with many convenient features. The artwork and mix of old and new furniture created a very welcoming atmosphere, like being a guest in an elegant home. Communication with the owner was easy and arrangements were flexible. A wonderful quiet oasis in a busy, interesting but sometimes chaotic city.

Wonderful in all aspects!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. The house was very comfortable, with lovely furnishing and fabulous artwork in every room. The AC was cold and the shower was hot! The house is in a quiet, dog-friendly neighborhood, and it was no trouble finding on-street parking. Note: there is no fenced yard for your furry friends. Highly recommended; would stay here again

Great stay in a great location

This is a lovely part of town, a one block walking distance to Magazine shopping and restaurants, and close to Whole Foods and Audubon Park. The house is beautifully furnished and the fold out couch was substantial very comfortable in the second bedroom. The photos are good but the home is nicer in person. Communications were easy, and we had everything we needed for our stay. You can’t beat the location for New Orleans charm and convenience! This is one we will come back to!

Great property but

Great property but a little dated. It's also a little weird for the host to ask the guest of a luxury VRBO to throw the sheets and towels in the wash before leaving. Otherwise a good stay.

Great Location

Visiting our Tulane student. Great location 2 blocks from Magazine St with Whole Foods, Saba and more. House had everything we needed and room to have students over for dinner. Worked for our family of three. One true bedroom and parlor with queen size pull out. Teen was comfortable on the pull out. One large shared bathroom. Loved the neighborhood. Host was very responsive with any questions.
