House was bigger than expected, very clean and nice! The cows next door were so curious and cute, we loved watching them! It’s the perfect distance from Crater Lake. Excellent experience, thank you!

Quiet,Very outdated. Disappointed in the one bedroom only downstairs
We stayed one night on our way to Crater Lake NP. The house is exactly as described, a western farm/ranch house with cattle on the property. It was cool to see them in the evening when we arrived and out grazing in their pasture the next morning. The house has everything you need and is very clean and comfortable. It does has one full bath and an additional very clean porta-potti right next to the house itself.
Less than an hour's drive from Crater Lake, this property is situated on a windy plain surrounded by distant mountains. The farmhouse is well maintained, with many displays highlighting a proud family history.
My partner and I booked this place as our midway stopping point driving with our dog from Portland to Tahoe & then back. After our 1st stay, we were really looking forward to our return trip.
The house itself is a great farmhouse with a lot of charm. It was hotter on our return trip and the AC was already on upstairs when we arrived. The owner was just locking up when we showed up & was friendly.
We did a little bit of cooking there and found the kitchen to have the tools/pans we needed.
The porch is great as is the peacefulness, especially after the touristy Tahoe. Our dog loved walking the grounds and taking a nap on the front porch while we played cards. I would happily go back.
This place is perfect for us. We really like staying here. The location and large area to park our trucks and boats is great. Tim, the owner is very responsive to communication.
I was ready to relax and see the Eclipse. We would have loved a clearer day with the Eclipse but I am pretty sure our host doesn't control the weather 😊. Only one bedroom in the main floor so if you are an older group it might not work. We only had one kid with us and he loved the upstairs room with all the beds. It is out in the beautiful country so you might get some wildlife or critters. 😊
Our stay was great! It was close to Crater Lake and others. We had unbelievable views--sunrise to sunset. The horses were an added treat-coming from Kentucky is a real compliment. Although my family captured wonderful photos, it doesn't even come close to seeing them in person. The host quickly responded to all my requests, too. This will be a must do again trip!
The house was so charming, and perfect. It had everything we could have possibly wanted to comfortably take five kids through Klamath Falls and Crater Lake. We love the night sky, and watching the horses.
It's a secluded location where there's horses next door. It was wonderful to wake up and watch the horses. the sunset was beautiful. It's a great sneaky location for crater lake. It only took us 45 minutes to get to the visitor's center from the house. The owners were quick with responses but their emailed instructions are perfect. It wasn't really needed to contact them.
Everything was excellent. However, VRBO lists check-in time as after 3pm. E-mail after booking from owner says
after 4pm. Had planned for a 3pm check-in.
Three bedroom, one bathroom cabin. Spacious home in a quiet rural area. Location was beautiful. Cabin was very clean and many necessities were thoughtfully provided. We would highly recommend this property.
