This modern mountain apartment offers an exceptional view and a unique location on the ski slope. It's a fantastic place to stay year-round, providing the ultimate holiday experience without even leaving the house. From the sunny balcony, you can overlook the ski slope in winter and the bike park in summer.


The apartment is on the 3rd floor and features a modern design. Upon entering, the hall leads to various rooms, including a living area with a corner sofa, smart TV, and WiFi access. The dining area seats five, and the spacious open kitchen is well-equipped with a 4-burner stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machines (filter and Nespresso), kettle, and toaster.

The single bedroom accommodates four people with a double bed (160x200 cm), a bunk bed (90x200 cm), and bedside tables. Blackout window coverings ensure a good night's sleep, and there's ample storage in the bedroom's large wardrobe and the living room's storage cupboard.

The modern bathroom includes a shower cubicle with rain and hand showers, a toilet, a washbasin with a mirror, and plenty of hanging and storage space. A large towel radiator keeps towels warm and dry.

The south-facing balcony (6 m²) offers a beautiful view and seating for two. Additional amenities include a ski/bicycle shed and a garage (200 cm wide and 190 cm high). Parking is available outside the garage or in nearby public spaces for a fee.

The holiday home is located in a quiet area close to Erlebnisberg Kappe with the bobsled run, Bikepark, the summer toboggan run and the climbing forest. Hiking trails start right in front of the building. There are lots of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, apres ski bars and discos in the center of Winterberg. You can go there by foot or take the bus and use the free Sauerland Card. In the vicinity of Winterberg you can find various touristic attractions and activities like caves, an amusement park, sailing opportunities, swimming water and many more. Check the possibilities.

Some accommodations offer access to a shared swimming pool or a nearby one. All pools are heated.A deposit of €100 is required through a SEPA authorization form, sent in advance and filled in at check-in. The form allows us to deduct up to €100 in case of damage. If no charges are made, the SEPA form automatically expires.The rental price includes energy costs.Free access to the indoor swimming pool and sauna (sauna use costs €2.00 per session).Bed linen, final cleaning, and tourist tax are mandatory and reflected in your reservation summary or invoice.Towels, kitchen textiles, and children's furniture are included in the price.A crib or high chair is available on request.Young groups and parties are not allowed.
