We thoroughly enjoyed our 9 week vacation in your lovely villa. It was exactly as described, very comfortable and equipped with everything that we needed.
Both Caroline and Martina looked after us extremely well and made our stay a great experience.
The heated pool made our vacation. The grandkids were in it every day. Either early morning or returning from a trip to the zoo. Close to the yacht club, beach and easy to get across the bridge to other places of interest. We would be very happy to stay there again.
Very clean and well stocked house. Renting the boat made our trip all that much better. Location on the canal is minutes from the intercoastal then its off to all the great beaches and restaurants accessible by water.
House was wonderful. Neighbors were friendly and a quiet area. Enough room for everyone. Look forward to taking advantage of the boat rental next time.
Took a little Xmas vacation to Cape Coral to get away from the cold Ohio winter. Property was clean and perfect for our family. Highly recommended and price was right. Thanks Martina!!
This house was beautiful and perfect for us. It was bright, clean and had a nice pool.
The area is terrific and close to many activities great for walking, running and biking too.
We hope to return

Wonderful vacation
We really enjoyed our stay with family. The pool was fantastic. Kids did not want to leave!
House was very nice- super clean and very functional plan.
Location was great. One of our family members biked to the yacht club daily.
Thank you for sharing was wonderful house.
First VRBO home rental where we wished for nothing, except extra days. Well equipped, comfortable, extremely clean and spacious. Loved the pool and outdoor furniture. We slept well, fully relaxed, and rested. We had a lovely time and visited nearby beaches. Traffic is heavy and it seems to take a long time to get anywhere. We didn’t need the dock, but it’s under repair and unusable at present. Would be happy to return to this home.
It was a pleasure staying in this lovely home for two weeks spring, 2021. The location was perfect for visiting beaches (Cape Coral, Sanibel, and Fort Meyers), shopping (Publix and Walmart), venues (Edison-Ford Winter estate and Palm Broadway), and restaurants (Lobster Lady, Twisted Lobster, and Fish Tale). We also enjoyed the days we hung out around the beautiful pool, fished off the dock, and grilled on the gas grill. Thanks for all the things you provided (like beach chairs, fishing rods, cooler, and bikes.)
The inside of the house was comfortable . Kitchen was very well stocked - we were happy, though, to find an empty cupboard to put groceries away. The living room furniture was awesome (especially the stressless recliner). The cable had tons of channels - even the Major League Baseball network. We were able to watch a couple Cleveland Indians games. Beds were comfortable, master suite was spacious. We appreciated the washer and dryer, too.
Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home at such a fair price.
The location of this house was great, however, it needs a lot of work and updating. The pool screen had large rips in it and there were bugs and dirt in the pool. The patio had weeds growing up and the outdoor furniture was dirty. The furnishings and decor are very outdated. There were no lights on inside or outside of the house when we arrived which made it difficult to get into the house to with the key box code. The exterior front door light was inoperable. The toilet in the second bath makes a loud and strange sound when it's flushed. The dock is warped and caving in. We rented their boat and it was filthy. These are such easy things to correct if the owner's would just take the time and money to do so.
Poorly managed, poorly maintained home and boat, good location
I'll start by saying I don't take writing a negative review lightly. However, I spoke with VRBO and they suggested it's important that the reviews accurately reflect the experience good or bad and this does accurately reflect our experience, unfortunately.
Upon checkin, the house smelled horrible and musty and was a HOT 78 degrees, a temperature the property manager said she sets it at. Not a great first impression. We bought some fabreeze the next day and took care of the smell but the property manager argued with me about the fact that it stunk and stated the people after us didn't complain. Yeah, because we fabreezed the entire home. We even left a can there. You're welcome!
Additionally, the house was dirty. The property manager said it was "freshened up" two days before our arrival. I expect it to actually be cleaned, not freshened up. She even stated that she was there before our arrival and saw some crumbs around the couch and cleaned them up. But there were crumbs all over the couch and dust bunnies under it. Obviously it was a minimal cleaning effort.
Dishes and silverware were hit and miss with regard to cleanliness. A coffee cup pulled from the cupboard had dried coffee on the inside.
The home has been done on the cheap from crappy shower heads to a laughably small TV in the master and a tube style TV in a guest room. Do they work, yes. But it's obvious the owners don't put any money into making the home "nice". Screen over the pool was damaged and hanging down, cobwebs everywhere.
The boat is an older boat and that's ok. But it was not functioning properly. The GPS had electrical issues, the depth finder would jump all over constantly even in consistent depth water. The fuel gauge was malfunctioning too. Had we not been experienced boaters we would have ran the boat out of gas on the water. We just knew we had to be getting close on gas so we refueled.
We had a small fee for some minor paint scratches from some sand and that's fine. The $ was a non-issue. However, on principle alone, I asked that they consider the fact that they gave us a malfunctioning boat. They refused and took my money with little discussion despite acknowledging in an email that the boat was indeed not functioning properly.
The property manager had plenty of excuses for us but really there is no excuse for how this all went. Property manager needs replaced and owner needs to maintain the property and boat like they actually care.
This wonderful home is located in a prime area of CC. There are bars, restaurants and some shopping within a reasonable walking distance. We recommend the Monkey Bar and Tiki Bar! Check out the Boathouse Tiki Bar that is located in the Yacht Club. There is a nice beach there too. You'll feel like a local in no time.
We had a great stay at this home for our party of six. The house was very clean, had every ammenity we needed, the pool was perfect, and the location was close to everything. We also rented the boat, which was a great way to tour the area by water. If there was one item which needs attention it would be the boat dock, which had sagging boards and made walking on it concerning. Otherwise, this was a great place to stay that we would definitely return to.
We had a great stay with our kids. This was the best equipped house I've ever stayed at. We enjoyed the pool and boat rental! The garage is well stocked with bicycles which we really enjoyed too!
The property was clean and exactly as pictured. The decorations were done very tastefully. The kids as well as the adults enjoyed the pool. Having bikes available so we didn’t have to rent them was amazing. Although it would have been nice to know the size and how many bikes were available. Would definitely recommend to friends and stay again.
We had a pleasant. The Wi-Fi worked well. The bed in the master bedroom was too soft for us but that is a question of preference. The pool was great and the view on the canal very peaceful.
My only comment is that we paid a cleaning fee with the rental and when you are there, they ask you for not more than one load of laundry for towels and bed linens when you leave. When you have 3 bedrooms and a pool where you use towels as well, I feel this is a lot to ask.
On the bright side, a cardon monoxide detector started beeping during our stay and in a matter of a few hours, the rental manager was on site to replace the battery.
We spent a week on the property enjoying the pool and town. It was the perfect vacation with access to the water and a close drive to nightlife.

After we visited Florida for the first time in 1993 by chance with our almost 2-year-old son and sister and brother-in-law and have booked a privat vacation home, the thought of our own property did not let us go, we fell in love with Florida right away! In 1998 we made an offer for our Villa Pinecrest, but did not believe that it would work out. After a complete renovation and pool construction, we were able to welcome guests for the first time in January 1999. In the years that we have rented private vacation homes in different places before we bought our house, we have had quite different experiences, which helped us to create our own philosophy. Even now we are happy about every feedback from our guests and try to improve our service further. If you would like personal contact with the us and super on-site support, then you have choosen the right place. We are proud to host many regular guests that we have been able to win over the years. In 2008 we decided to buy our Villa del Mar. Have a look at both Villas and chose what you like best! Staying with us is the right decision anyway!
