Of course, the kitchen is equipped with all important utensils. So every hobby chef will have his pleasure here as well.
Particularly noteworthy is the direct access to the balcony both from the bedroom as well as from the living and dining area.

Due to the optimal south-west and south-east location, the balcony offers "plenty of sun". Of course, you have balcony furniture and even an awning
at your disposal.

In the apartment is from 15.09.2019 an infrared cabin, which you may use for relaxing. Enjoy completely undisturbed the warmth of the infrared light and let so end your day.

Nearby you will find the ideal starting points for many hiking tours. For example, the Partnachklamm gorge and the famous Olympic ski jump are only a few minutes away.
A free underground parking space is reserved for your car. Also pets are also allowed in the "Cloud 9", so you can take your four-legged friend relaxed with you on vacation. Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment.
