Recreation and regionality

We had a great time in this painstakingly furnished villa with tons of activities. We were met very nicely at check-in and especially at check-out. In addition, we were shown very many and interesting local and regional activities. The pool could not stand the heat and the high number of people, but Frank took care of it immediately. Thank you very much for this ideal stay!

Spacious and modern villa, well equipped and great for large groups

We were a group of 9 people who stayed at Casa Famiglia for two weeks this summer. We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the villa. I'll point out a few things that stood out: 1) The villa is spacious, modern and was very clean. The open layout of the living room, dining area and kitchen is great for larger groups. The bedrooms are well equipped with e.g. TV and air conditioning (as is the entire villa). The bedroom and bathroom windows had mosquito nets fitted. The kitchen was very well equipped as well (ranging from cutlery, pots to kitchen machines). Lastly, the hot tub on the balcony was great for mixed weather days. 2) The outside of the villa has a lot to offer (from a badminton area incl. net, table tennis and chess field). There is an outdoor grill incl. dining area and lounge area with a fireplace. Everything was designed and built to fit all of us. 3) The pool was clean and had the ideal temperature for a swim in the summer. We enjoyed the fact that this was a saltwater pool. Frank regularly maintained the pool (always gave us a heads up when he intended to come by) and made sure the water quality was good. 4) Natalie and Frank are great hosts with lots of tips of what to do and were available via Whatsapp throughout the stay. The information pre-arrival was very helpful. The individual door code avoided any doorkey hassles among us.

Ein absolutes Traumhaus! Für die kleinen Dinge die man braucht ist bereits gesorgt. Die Vermieter waren super freundlich und nach einer Reifenpanne haben sie uns sogar spät abends noch geholfen. Wiederholungsbedarf.

Verreist mit Freunden

Ein toller Urlaub in Kroatien. Das Ferienhaus liegt in einem ruhigen kleinen Ort Rebići, man hat alles in der Nähe so dass man keine weiten Strecken fahren muss. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist ganz in der Nähe. Das Moderne Haus bietet wirklich alles was man sich vorstellen kann. Eine gemütliche und Windgeschützte Sitzgelegenheit am Feuer für ein Abendlichen Ausklang haben wir jeden Abend genutzt. Ein Großer Tisch für gemeinsames Essen steht innen und außen. Es gibt eine kleine Outdoorküche mit Kühlschrank und Gasgrill. Bei uns war der Salzwasser Pool noch beheizt. Für Kinder war es perfekt da im Pool eine große Fläche zum Planschen gab. Der Vorhandene Whirlpool im ersten Stock im Haus lädt zum Genießen und entspannen ein. Das Haus ist gepflegt und sauber und komplett ausgestattet, so dass man nichts von Zuhause mitbringen muss. Zum Kies eigenen Strand sind es 3 min mit dem Auto, nach Pula oder Medulin sind wir ca. 30 min an den Strand gefahren. Der Hausbesitzer Frank ist sehr freundlich und hat uns immer geholfen wenn wir Fragen hatten. er spricht perfekt deutsch. Wir waren voll zufrieden begeistert und glücklich über das Haus! Wir würden dieses Haus jeden weiter empfehlen. Wir waren 8 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder (1-4 Jahre) Mfg daniel

Wunderschöne Villa auf der Halbinsel Istrien

Der Aufenthalt in der Villa hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen und die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Villa wurde großzügig geplant und bietet genügend Platz für 10 Personen. Auch die Lage ist perfekt, um die Halbinsel Istrien zu erkunden. Interessante Orte und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind innerhalb von ~30 Minuten zu erreichen. Großes Lob an die Gastgeber, die sehr zuvorkommend sind und immer tolle Tipps parat hatten. Bis zum nächsten mal.

Wunderschönes Haus!

Wir lieben dieses Haus! Es hat alles was man im Urlaub brauchen könnte und es ist offensichtlich mit Liebe und Sorgfalt ausgestattet worden. Frank war sehr freundlich, hat uns im Haus alles gezeigt, und war für unsere Fragen immer verfügbar. Das Haus ist zwar leicht zu finden mit Google Maps, aber ohne Auto kann man dort wenig tun, der Markt in der Nähe war geschlossen, und der nächste war dann 10 Minuten mit Auto entfernt.

Atemberaubendes Haus mit bestem Service

Frank und Natalie waren super Gastgeber. Haben uns herzlich empfangen und das ganze Haus erklärt. Schon vor Anreise haben wir Tipps erhalten für Ausflüge und Restaurants. Das Haus selbst ist (fast) perfekt ausgestattet. Lediglich einen Mixer haben wir von zuhause mitgebracht :) Duschgel und Shampoo stehen ebenfalls bereit. Der Whirlpool ist ein Highlight. Ebenso entsteht ein Kamin und eine Außenfeuerstelle. Das wird nochmal eine Aufwertung, die es selten gibt. Das Lichtkonzept im Haus ist so perfekt, dass man sich so etwas für zuhause wünscht. Frank war auch immer zur Stelle, wenn es Reklamationen (Gasflasche vom Grill, Whirlpool Reinigung) gab. Das Meer ist nur 5 Autominuten entfernt. Hier kann man mit dem Auto fast im Meer parken (insofern es wahrscheinlich die Saison zulässt). Dort kann man auch super SUP fahren. Wir durften mit 3 (größeren) Hunden anreisen und haben hier hoffentlich die Gastgeber nicht enttäuscht. Wir freuen uns sehr, wenn mal wieder eine so große Gruppe zusammen kommt, die Beiden in Ihrer kleinen ruhige Oase zu besuchen.

Excelent!

The accommodation is even nicer and more functional than seen in the photos. The owners did their best to make the arrival as easy as possible and they were always available via whatsup. A few days before arrival, they informed us of everything we needed to bring with us. Otherwise, the house has all the necessary cleaners, cloths, basic spices, .... Despite being there in mid-May we were lucky with the weather and spent an unforgettable extended weekend by the heated pool. Thanks again and greetings to Natalia and Frank

Tolle Villa mit großartiger Ausstattung und sehr freundlichen Gastgebern

Das Haus von Natalie und Frank ist wunderschön angelegt, wirklich luxuriös ausgestattet und liegt sehr ruhig und mit einigem Abstand zu den Nachbarn. Der Außenbereich ist Genial, er verfügt über eine komplette Outdoorküche (zusätzlich zu einer drinnen) inkl. Stauraum, Kühlschrank und Gasgriller, bindet den riesigen Pool gut ein und hat eine sehr bequeme Lounge, die zu gemütlichen beisammensitzen einlädt. Viele Details, wie zum Beispiel die inkludierten Spiele (Tischtennistisch, Tischfußball, Boccia-Feld, Riesen-Schachbrett, Volleyballfeld), der Whirlpool (extra zugänglich über den Flur, nicht an einem Zimmer angehängt!), aber auch das Lichtkonzept, der dekorative Wasserfall, überall Jalousien und Durchgänge ins Freie zeigen, dass sich die Gastgeber sowohl große Mühe bei der Planung als auch bei der Ausgestaltung des Hauses gegeben haben. Zudem haben uns Natalie und Frank sehr herzlich empfangen und uns mit vielen Infos und Tipps zur Umgebung, Gastronomie und Einkauf, aber auch Wanderrouten und schönen Stränden versorgt. Kurzum, wir haben uns rundum Wohl gefühlt – So muss ein Urlaub sein. Vielen Dank von unserer Runde und gerne wieder!
