The rustically decorated apartment Plaies in the Runcac Residence is located in San Vigilio di Marebbe (Sankt Vigil) in South Tyrol, right in the middle of the Dolomites, a UNESCO world heritage site. It consists of a living room, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, ski and bike storage and an e-bike charger.
The apartment features a balcony where guests can relax with a refreshing drink and enjoy the stunning view. There is a garden with seating furniture and sun loungers and a playpark for children. Guests can also use the sauna in AL PLAN*** Dolomites up to 3 times per week for an additional cost.
Thanks to the ideal location of the apartment, all the essentials are just a short walk awax. The nearest restaurant is only 2 minutes away on foot (210 m) and the nearest supermarket is an 8-minute walk away (700 m). Many well marked trails and a cross-country ski route lead directly from the residence to a hiking paradise, the Fanes-Senes-Braies Nature Park (bus stop 100 m away), and in winter the Dolomiti Superski and the Plan de Corones ski resorts will satisfy your most demanding skiing requirements.
Parking spaces are available on the property (private, covered space upon request).
