The Woodpecker Cottage Tree
Welcome to this cozy and unique place near Arendal!
From the house you have a great view over the Tromøyfjord to Tromøy and at sunrise, if you are lucky, you can see kingfishers "dancing" on the water. The sheltered garden is an oasis with a fireplace, several hammocks and a special outdoor shower that invites you to relax.
Inside the house you will find some unique interior details. The modern, open-plan living and dining room is also a highlight of the house.
For your well-being there is also a whirlpool.
Visit Arendal with its quiet pedestrian streets, several shopping centers and museums. In August, "Arendalsuka" is organized, a week-long event with exciting lectures, booths and exhibitions. RAET National Park is only 5 minutes away by car. Kristiansand Zoo or the towns of Risør, Tvedestrand, Grimstad and Lillesand are also not far away.
Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of NOK 220.00 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out.
