This detached three bedroomed, three bathroom villa offers everything you need. Choose whether to cook indoors or outdoors on the barbeque or the outdoor kitchen area. The fully equipped indoor kitchen provides guests with cookware and utensils along with a coffee maker, toaster, kettle, ice-cream maker and an airfryer. A welcome pack is also provided along with tea, coffee, oil, and a few spices. Bath and pool towels are provided along with shampoo, bodywash and hand soap.
Along with the kitchen, the ground floor boasts a ensuite master bedroom with a king size bed with a large ensuite bathroom. A separate dining room with dining table and six chairs allows for those 'cook at home'. This floor also offers a lounge area with three settees, a TV, fire stick, and a ceiling fan. The second bathroom is also on this floor.
Up the beautiful, tiled staircase, Casa Margarita provides two double bedrooms which have ceiling fans. Also on this floor is a second lounge area with two settees, a TV, a Wii board and console , and is fully airconditioned. The third bathroom is on this floor. For the cooler months, a pellet burner along with a bag of pellets is provided.
The fenced garden is the ideal place to spend your days. The countryside, with olive groves, can be appreciated from one of many seating areas. All complete with chairs and sofas. There is a shaded patio area and a separate gazebo, both with table and chairs. Have a dip in the long private swimming pool and then dry off with a game of ping pong or foosball! The pool is fully fenced making it ideal for young families. The garage has been converted into a games room with a pool table and a couch. The garden is full of a variety of plants and trees, including fruit trees. Guests are more than welcome to help themselves and enjoy eating it directly from the tree.
