The vacation home is a tastefully furnished finca with great attention to detail in a very quiet location on the outskirts of Tias with direct proximity to the golf course of Puerto del Carmen.
With its modern, open architecture, the house offers you a large, bright living-dining area and adjoining conservatory for cozy meals if the sun has overslept.
There are also 2 beautiful bedrooms, one of which has a bunk bed for children or adults. The large bedroom with a beautiful king-size bed has direct access to its own terrace.
Two bathrooms with walk-in shower, WC, washbasin, mirror, hairdryer and towels. Towels and bed linen are available at all times and can be changed by yourself.
The house offers you absolute privacy, as the beautifully landscaped garden with Canarian plants, patio and pool area cannot be seen by neighbors.
The modern equipment of the vacation home leaves nothing to be desired, satellite TV, WLAN, music system in the living room.
The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster, microwave, 2 coffee machines (1x brewing machine and 1x Senseo coffee machine), crepe maker invites you to cook.
