Private: property (fenced), roofed, parking, public parking on the road. Supermarket 150 m, restaurant, bar 120 m, bus stop 180 m, railway station "Vilassar de Mar" 800 m. Nearby attractions: Barcelona 27 km, Mataro 7 km, Isla Fantasia 3 km, Roca Village 18 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
