Moderne Wohnung mit super Blick - immer wieder

Die Wohnung ist modern und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Alle wesentlichen Utensilien sind vorhanden und sollte doch etwas fehlen unterstützen die sehr freundlichen Gastgeber umgehend. Aktuell gab es zwar keine klassische Kaffee- oder Kapslemaschine, aber mit der vorhandenen French-Press ließ sich morgens wunderbar ein Kaffee zaubern und beim tollen Blick von der nagelneu angelegten Holzterrasse genießen. Da es sich um einen Neubau handelt, wird die Wohnung kontinuierlich verbessert. Die Wohnung hat ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen geboten, einzig dass Queensize-Bett mit 140 cm kann für zwei großgewachsene Erwachsene etwas kuschelig sein. Das zweite Zimmer hat zwar kein Fenster ist aber genau das richtige für einen Langschläfer-Teenager zum zurückziehen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es ausreichend in Großkarolinenfeld (Edeka, Netto, Bäckerei) mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten oder dann in Rosenheim in ca 15 Minuten. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

Es fehlt noch an vielen Kleinigkeiten. Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, kleine Schale Die Unterkunft ist nur für 2 Erwachsene mit 1 bis 2 Kindern geeignet. Es sind nicht 2 Schalfzimmer,nur eins und das zweite ist eine "Abstellkammer "ohne Fenster. Die Gastgeber sind trotzdem sehr nett und jung.

Würde ich mit der Ausstattung nicht wieder buchen.

Die Ausstattung die vorgefunden wurde, war hochwertig, es fehlten allerdings eine ganze Reihe von Kleinigkeiten die man in einer FeWo erwartet (als Hinweis: Besen, Müslischalen, KaffeeBecher, Obstmesser). Da besteht noch Nachrüstungsbedarf. Am meisten vermisst haben wir insbesondere eine Kaffeemaschine und Ablagemöglichkeiten/Haken in den Räumen. Hätten wir vorher gewusst, dass das Bett nur 1,40 m breit mit nur einer Matratze ist, dann hätten wir sicher nicht gebucht. Das kleine Zimmer ist ohne Fenster. Mehr als ein Kleiderschrank, ein Futonbett passen auch nicht rein. Die FeWo ist eigentlich nur für 2 Personen ideal. Da muss sich der mit im Haus wohnende, ansonsten sehr nette Vermieter wohl zukünftig entscheiden, ob er eine FeWo oder eine Arbeiterunterkunft vermieten möchte. Die Wohnung liegt abseits von Großkarolinenfeld auf einer Anhöhe. Leider ist der Außenbereich noch komplette Baustelle gewesen, so dass man sich nicht mal auf eine Terrasse setzen konnte. Unterstellmöglichkeiten für unsere Räder gab es leider auch nicht. Dafür waren die 115€/Tag einfach überteuert.

Tolle, ruhige Lage. Geschmackvoll eingerichtete, voll ausgestattete Ferienwohnung und super nette Geastgeber. Wir können die Ferienwohnung jedem nur ans Herz legen und kommen sicher wieder 🙂
