Welcome to this attractive apartment, which welcomes you in a dream location just a few steps from the sea in Bergen aan Zee. In the bright rooms you can make yourself comfortable with the whole family, the homely furnishings in appealing colors ensure that you can relax here perfectly.



Step out onto the terrace at the front of the house with your first coffee in the morning and enjoy a few rays of sunshine while the seagulls screech. Also from the living room you have a beautiful view of the dunes and partly even the sea.



Thanks to the good beach location, you can always refresh yourself in the sea here or enjoy a sunbath in the fine sand. Not far from here you will find good conditions for windsurfing, and of course you can also explore the surroundings by bike.

Lage sehr gut, leider eine total herruntergekommene Wohnung
Mit größter Vorfreude sind wir am Freitag, den 25.3.2022 in unserer Ferienwohnung am Zeilerboulevard 6A angekommen. Der äußere Eindruck war so, wie wir uns das vorgestellt haben. Meerblick und nur ein paar Meter zum Strand. Dann kam die Ernüchterung. Die ganze Wohnung ist ein dreckiges und verwohntes Loch. Staub auf allen Möbeln, Teppichboden voller Flecken. Tapeten, die von den Wänden fallen und Lamellen Vorhänge, die abgerissen und zum Teil hinter den Heizkörpern abgelegt wurden. Wir sind zu der Dame zurückgegangen, die uns die Schlüssel übergeben hat und sie ist mit in die Wohnung gekommen und war auch entsetzt. Sie wollte sofort eine Nachricht an Novasol schreiben. Nachdem wir den ersten groben Dreck selber entfernt haben, kam die nächste ekelige Überraschung, als wir die Küche benutzen wollten. Besteckkästen und Schubladen voller Reste, Der Backofen mit Krümeln und Speiseresten. Der Toaster verklebt und nicht zu benutzen. Wieder mussten wir das notwendigeste Geschirr, Besteck und die Gläser spülen. Das war kein guter Start in den Urlaub. Das die Toilette so groß wie in einem Reisebuss ist und man die Tür offen lassen muß, um sich überhaupt seiner Hose zu entledigen, das Fenster sich nur mit Gewald schließen lässt und die Scheiben siffig sind, ist Ihnen sicher bekannt. Die Dusche ein Abenteuer. Schlauch kaputt, spritzt Wasser raus und man kann sich nur im Flur abtrocknen, da der Duschraum keine Möglichkeit für die Ablage eines Handtuchs zulässt. Dafür gibt es in der Toilette einen Nagel ,zum Aufhängen des Handtuchs. Sehr primitiv. Unter den Heizkörpern ist Dreck,die Tapete löst sich und es ist schimmelig. Da kann man nur Angst um seine Gesundheit haben. Alle Festerbänke dreckig und die Schaniere an den Fenstern teilweise verrostet und im Schlafzimmer nicht kippen lassen. So haben wir also voller Entsetzen fast 2 Urlaubstage geopfert, um Fotos zu machen,zu putzen und Ihnen zu schreiben. Wir erwarten eine sofortige Stellungnahme und eine Entschädigung für unseren Stress und die Unannehmlichkeiten. Sollte bis zu unserer Abreise keine Antwort oder eine Begehung Ihrerseits erfolgen, werden wir zu Hause einen Anwalt einschalten. Wir können nicht verstehen, das man so eine Wohnung ,ohne Abnahme, vermieten kann. Zu tief enttäuscht, da wir als Holland Urlauber bisher immer sehr zufrieden waren und stets saubere Häuser oder Wohnungen vorgefunden haben Renate Wöhlert.
