Beautiful apartment which is part of an extraordinary location in the beating heart of Bibione Spiaggia. The apartment is on the first floor of a lovely semi-detached house, located on the seafront of Bibione Spiaggia in the renowned Via Luna.
An independent entrance, through the security door, leads us into the day area, an airy open space overlooking the wonderful south-facing balcony, complete with open kitchen, dining area with six seats and a sofa bed. There are two bedrooms, one of which is the master bedroom with an double bed and an added bunk bed. The bathroom has a window and is equipped with a washing machine, it looks like a wonderful and functional room with an elegant shower cabin.
The apartment, located on the first floor of the villa, has been completely renovated. For the guests is available a parking space.
The holiday home is surrounded by a private fenced garden and consists of two independent apartments. On the first floor is a three-room apartment for 8.
