This charming holiday accommodation, which can accommodate up to 17 people, is located in the countryside of Montelupo Fiorentino, right on the outskirts of Florence (25 km). Surrounded by olive trees and age-old cypress trees, it consists of a villa and a cottage, which enjoy, from their unique hilltop position, a 360° breathtaking view over their Tuscan surroundings.

Originally built in the 11th century, the villa has undergone extensive and meticulous restoration. The result is that today this gorgeous villa enjoys all the latest modern facilities and comforts guests require for a memorable and truly unforgettable holiday. The villa consists of two separate flats, which are connected by a communicating door, and is rented together with the next-door cottage, a lovely renovated barn, with its own swimming pool.

Two swimming pools, in fact, are at guests’ disposal. An infinity swimming pool (11x7 metres open from May to the end of September) with a lovely Jacuzzi corner (2 metres large), from which one can enjoy a breathtaking view, and another pool (8X3, up to 1.40 m deep) next to the villa’s outdoor terrace, with hydromassage jets.

The villa is on two floors and is furnished in the typical Tuscan style, dotted with exceptional objets d’art, such as fine paintings, ceramics coming from Montelupo and typical ornaments.
On the ground floor there are two large living rooms, a wonderful kitchen, fully equipped, with beautiful arched windows providing a spectacular view over the valley, a toilet, a spacious double bedroom, a bathroom with a large shower, a master bedroom with queen size bed, a separate dressing room, and a large en-suite bathroom with shower, as well as a studio with a large single bed. Outdoors there are two furnished covered terraces, ideal for your al fresco dining.
On the first floor there are two large living rooms with a huge fireplace, perfect for snuggling away with a book, a bright and panoramic kitchen with terrace, a toilet, a master bedroom with queen size bed and large en-suite bathroom with double shower, a large bedroom with queen size bed, a twin bedroom, and a bathroom with shower. At 20 metres from the villa is a cottage on two floors, and it consists of a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms with air conditioning and two bathrooms with shower on the ground floor. Upstairs there is an open-plan upper-gallery with a fireplace and a large sitting room, with two sofas (of which one a sofa bed for two people). Outdoors there is a large, sunny veranda, fully equipped, where one can sunbathe or enjoy alfresco dining.
