La Mata beach (7 km) has fine sand and a beautiful promenade. There are many bars and restaurants along the beach here. Boat trips are offered in the port of Torreviejas. A glass-bottom boat goes around the coast. There are also fishing trips or trips to the nearby island of Tabarca. A craft market invites you to stroll until late in the evening. Alicante airport is 42 km away (38 minutes by car).
