Shower/WC in the pool area, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue (swing), pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: WiFi, air conditioning, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Supermarket 4 km, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Biniamar" 300 m, sandy beach "Playa de Muro" 30 km.
