Just a short walk from the beach, this villa is located in El Campello. The 100 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people -ideal for a family holiday. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a washing machine as well as a TV. A baby cot is available for an extra fee per stay and a high chair is also available for an extra fee per stay. Air conditioning is available on the property.

Pros: Wat een superplek om te verblijven. Het appartement zit op de hoek, je hebt drie kleine etages tot je beschikking, een fijn terras en prachtig uitzicht op zee. Het complex wordt goed onderhouden en het zwembad is erg schoon/fijn. Je loopt zo naar een rustig (kiezel)strandje waar je goed kunt zwemmen. De inrichting is ok, zo miste we bijvoorbeeld 6 stoelen om buiten te zitten. Wij vonden El Campello een heel knus stadje met leuke boulevard, je kunt er zelfs naar toe wandelen (ca 2 km). Allicante is ook dichtbij en de moeite waard om te bezoeken. Al met al een aanrader, wij willen graag terug!

We found the villa clean, tidy and comfortably furnished. The top floor works well as a master suit

Pros: We found the villa clean, tidy and comfortably furnished. The top floor works well as a master suite as it has a double bedroom, dressing room and shower/ toilet room. The middle floor has a double bedroom and another with two single beds; plus there is another shower/ toilet room. We were only a couple and so had masses of space, but this villa will sleep six in comfort. Because this villa enjoys a quiet and wonderfully scenic location we felt little need to find things to do during the day. This was our first stay in this villa but our third holiday at this complex, so we'd driven around the numerous attractions during our previous visits. The facilities meant that we could eat at home if we chose but most nights we chose to wander in to El Campello with it's numerous seafront restaurants serving an excellent variety of meals, most at very reasonable prices. If we decide to spend yet more time in this area we would be more than happy to rent this villa again.

Pros: Veldig fin leilighet med fin utsikt og bra beliggenhet utenfor sentrum. For vår del så var det helt nødvendig med bil da sentrum og butikkene var en stykke under og det hadde vært veldig tungvint med 2 småbarn og ta trikken/buss. Stranda ved leilighet var fin men mye stein, vi valgte derfor og reise til sentrum i El Campello (5 min med bil) der er det sandstrand, lang strand promenade med butikker og masse cafes. Den leiligheten er absolutt og anbefale for noen som ønsker rolig og avslappet ferie.

Pros: Cette petite maison offre tout le nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances en famille . Une jolie et grande terrasse dont nous avons pu profiter jusqu'a tard le soir vu le climat très doux. Nous étions 4 adultes et deux enfants de 6 ans et 3 ans. La piscine est calme et bien entretenue. La plage qui donne sur la maison est tout simplement idéale pour les enfants (un petit bar de plage est idéale pour se rafraîchir à l'heure du goûter ou écouter quelques concerts privée le soir). El campello propose tous les services nécessaires pour passer de bonnes vacances. Le tram vous dépose en 20 minutes à alicante, une ville merveilleuse !!! Nous avons adoré. Les propriétaires sont d'une gentillesse hors norme !! A louer les yeux fermer , que du bonheur !!

Pros: We are a family of six and really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place directly at the beach. There was always a welcome breeze on very hot summer days and we loved sitting on the terrace for all our meals. We made good use of all the facilities which were exactly as described and in good working order. It was easy to use the Tram to get to places like Alicante and Benidorm or simply to do the shopping in the centre of El Campello - there was no need to hire a car. We had a great holiday!

Le contact avec les gérants de la location sont rapides et les termes du contrat respectés. Pour ce qui est de la maison, la proximité de la mer et les différentes vues en fonction des pièces sont magnifiques(pour l'une d'entre elles:mieux que sur les photos.. à découvrir !) Bref, je recommande cette location sans hésitation.

It is literally a 10 minute drive into the heart of the town or the tram station is only a 5 minute walk away. The villa was ideal as our base. It was very peaceful with just the gentle lapping of the waves. Parking is easy. I would definitely book it again. Thank you.

We really had a fantastic time in this lovely location. Beautiful views of the sea, friendly complex

Pros: We really had a fantastic time in this lovely location. Beautiful views of the sea, friendly complex. The bungalow was well equipped really clean and the owner was friendly and welcoming. We managed fine without a car as our children were older and we didn’t mind the short walk to the tram. El Campello is a great location and we hope to be back.
