Beautiful home (completed10/21) with large outdoor area close to river.

Perfect location, only five minutes by boat to the river and from there to the beautiful beaches on the offshore islands. Shopping and restaurants are also nearby. The high quality furnished villa is located in a dead end street with no through traffic. The east facing position of the villa offers wonderful sunrises and a pool which is practically in the sun all day long. Parts of the terrace are from the afternoon in the relaxing shade. The terrace is placed so that parts still have evening sun even in winter.

The construction of the villa was completed in October 2021. It has 4 bedrooms (three with king size beds, one children's room with a bunk bed) and 2 1/2 bathrooms. There is a baby crib and high chair in the house. There is a custom built cage around the pool that has panoramic views of the canal and dock.

The terrace has a spacious dining table, where you can perfectly enjoy the morning breakfast in the sun. This table can be converted into a luxurious billiards table in a few simple steps. There is also an outdoor fireplace (propane gas) for romantic evenings. Outside the cage, a paved path leads to the large dock with its signature tiki. There is more seating and lounging options there including a hammock. On the boat lift is also the brand new sport boat.

The spacious living room has a very large TV, a huge sofa and an electric fireplace. Of course there is also a utility room with washing machine and dryer

Both the pool and spa are heated separately. This allows the whirlpool to rise to the right temperatures very quickly. The pool is disinfected via the skin-friendly salt water electrolysis. No redness, no burning on the skin.

In addition, the villa has Bose boxes that allow you to play your own music in different rooms, a powerful wireless network and TVs in three bedrooms and a TV on the terrace.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped and has the usual electrical appliances (toaster, blender, coffee maker, etc.). In the outdoor area there is a large grill with sink and refrigerator.

The villa has beach equipment and a VERY SPECIAL crystal kayak which are at your disposal. You can enjoy also your daily health sport on two SUP boards or simply explore the canals. You can also use the tennis rackets (public tennis courts at the yacht club 5 min away) and fishing equipment.

The area is very quiet and due to the dead end street almost without traffic. Only very few villas in Cape Coral are so close to the river and thus to the Gulf of Mexico. So it is even possible that dolphins swim in the canal and you can watch these beautiful animals hunting fish. Also Manatees could be seen in the canals.


We do not want to charge a flat rate for electricity. Some prefer to heat the whirlpool to 100° all day long, others prefer cold water. That's why there is $35.00 free per week. That's enough for an average use. On arrival and departure we read the meter reading and in case of additional use we charge $0.15 per extra KWH electricity.

The sport boat of the owners (25 feet Bowrider Yamaha Jet boat year of construction 2021) can be rented additionally. In contrast to most boats it has a jet propulsion and therefore has a much lower draught. Especially with the many sandbanks in the area this is an immense advantage. The boat offers space for 12 people and is also very suitable for water sports. Appropriate equipment is in the garage. A briefing is required when renting the boat. On a floating dock there is a jet ski, which is not rented (jet skis for rent are very difficult to insure).

The combination with a boat is perfect to visit the many beautiful beaches, driving to lunch in fantastic restaurants at the water or simply to enjoy the varied nature. In the villa there is also a lot of information about the area, dining options and excursions available.

Please take this into account when making your selection. The majority of the villas in Cape Coral are located further inland. In the canals you may only drive at walking speed. So you can calculate yourself how long it takes from most of the villas to be on the open water by boat. West of the Chiquita Road you also have to pass a lock. This also takes some time. So if you want to be on the ocean and on the beaches quickly by boat, we recommend a villa in our area.
