Ótima estadia

Nossos dias na casa do João e Marilea, foram incriveis, a casa mto bem localizada, móveis impecáveis, a piscina excelente. Eles são super simpáticos e dispostos a ajudar no que fosse preciso. Eu e meus amigos tivemos dias memoráveis!

Agradecemos demais a recepção dos proprietários da residência. O imóvel é justamente o que consta na foto, impressionante. Foram pouco dias e muito aconchegantes. No último dia nem fomos a praia, só curtimos a belíssima piscina. Tudo perfeito. espero voltar em breve.

Uma experiência excelente! Foi um prêmio por dois anos sem férias! Como dito no título, sou um cara muito família, e como tal, busquei um ambiente familiar, seguro e que nos proporcionasse conforto e segurança. Todos ficamos muito felizes, localização, limpeza, segurança e conforto! Piscina excelente, disposição dos cômodos maravilhosa, privacidade para o casal e para todos, me senti em casa! Anfitriões, parece que já o conheciam há anos, foram formidáveis! Muito atenciosos, sempre preocupados com nosso bem estar! Parabéns a eles!!! Em resumo, valeu cada centavo! Casa confortável

Casa confortavel, limpa e bem estruturada. Muito próxima ao centro de Ubatuba com um pouco de barulho por conta do movimento do centro. Apesar da região ter sido afetada pela falta de água e enchentes, não tivemos estes problemas. Locatários atenciosos e a disposição para qualquer dúvida e no trato da piscina.

CASA EXCELENTE!

Casa super confortável e aconchegante. Tudo funciona. A disposição dos cômodos deixa o ambiente fácil de circular e se torna um ambiente gostoso. A piscina é maravilhosa! Os proprietários sempre solícitos e disponíveis. A localização é ótima, pois fica bem no centro de Ubatuba, próximo de supermercados, padarias, farmácias... Só a praia do centro que não recomendo, mas o acesso às rodovias para visitar outras praias é ótimo e fácil.
