The apartment is located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, keeping a short distance to the center (10 km). Ursus is a dynamically developing south-western part of Warsaw, full of housing estates. The neighborhood has full urban infrastructure with many restaurants, cafes and shops catering to all daily needs. The Skorosze Shopping Center with stores, supermarkets and a food court is just 650 meters (8-minute walk) away from the apartment! The communication points are also nearby, with the Warsaw Ursus railway station is 1.5 km from the apartment and Chopin Airport 10 km from the estate. The proximity of the center means convenient and quick travel around the capital - access to Śródmieście takes only 20 minutes by car and 30 minutes by using the public transport.
